Chicken Seekh Kabab

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped ginger 2 table spoon
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped green chili 4 
  • Fresh Coriander 1/2 cup
  • Fresh mint 1/2 cup
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon
  • Salt 1 tea spoon
  • Garam masala
  • Powder of coriander
  • 2 table spoon of oil
How to make:-
  1.   Mix all the ingredients together with mince.
  2. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
  3. Now put the mince on Bar B Q sticks.
  4. Cook on the Bar B Q grill.
  5. Grease them with the brush while grilling
.You can serve it with any sauce you like.

Chicken Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS :-
.

  • 12-14 bread pieces.
  • 2 breast chicken.
  • 2 cup water.
  • 2 egg beaten.
  • 1 tea spoon ginger'garlic paste.
  • Oil for oiling.
  • Black pepper to taste.
  • Salt to taste.


METHOD :-

  1. Boil chicken in water by adding salt' black pepper'and garlic'ginger paste.
  2. When chicken is boil shred it.
  3. Beat egg and some cornflour'salt and black pepper in it and beat well.
  4. add shredded chicken in beats egg mixture.
  5. spread it on the bread pieces.
  6. Take non stick pan'put some oil.
  7. Fry the bread pieces.

Beef Lasagna

Ingredients:-

  • Lasagna strips boiled 1 packet
  • Minced beef 1 kg
  • Garlic cloves minced 4
  • Medium onion chopped 1
  • Tomato paste 2 cup
  • Chili sauce 2 cup
  • Green chili 4 chopped
  • Red chili flakes
  • Black pepper 1/4 tea spoon
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
How to cook:-

  1. Take a big pan add beef minced,onion,garlic,salt 
  2. Cook it for 30 minutes then add tomato paste,chili sauce 
  3. red chili,and pepper.
  4. Cook it till it dry.
  5. Spread boiled  lasagna sheets in a glass dish .
  6. Spread 1 cup minced and 1 cup cheese.
  7. Spread lasagna sheet,top with remaining minced and cheese.
  8. Bake at 375 degree for 25- 30 minutes
  9. Your delicious lasagna is ready. eat with red chili sauce.

Fruit Trifle



INGREDIENTS FOR PLANE CAKE:


  • 3 eggs
  • baking powder 1 tea spoon
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Refined flour 3/4 cup


HOW TO COOK:


  1. Take a bowl and beat the sugar and egg very well till it thick.
  2. Add backing powder and refined flour in it .
  3. Mix it very well.
  4. Put it in oven bowl and cook 40 degree for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Then it ready and cool cut it in pieces.


INGREDIENTS FOR JELLY:


  • Jelly one packet
  • Water 2 cup


HOW TO MAKE:


  1. Boil water mix jelly shake well .
  2. Put it in freezer for freeze.

INGREDIENTS FOR CUSTARD:


  • Milk 2 litter
  • Custard powder  8 table spoon.
  • Sugar 2 cup.


HOW TO COOK:


  1. Boil milk add sugar .
  2. Mix custard powder another bowl in some normal milk no hot.
  3. Add it in boiled milk and shake it till thick.
  4. Off the stove.
  5. Take a glass dish and spread cake pieces then put custard .
  6. Spread jelly pieces and fruits .
  7. Again put custard and put in refrigerator for cool.


Delicious trifle is ready.. Serve cold & enjoy!

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:-
  • 3 Egg
  • Sugar 3/4
  • Refined flour 1 cup
  • Coco powder  2 teaspoon
  • Cream for topping
  • Sliced banana
How to cook:- 

  1. Beat three eggs without yolk. 
  2. Add yolk and beat again.
  3. Add sugar and beat well.
  4. Take a bowl ,add coco powder and mix the refined flour in it. 
  5. Add the mixture of eggs in it.
  6. Put it in oven for 25-30 Minutes. 
  7. Take the cake out and cut it in three pieces.
  8. Spread the sugar syrup and sliced banana on the cake.
  9. Decorate the cake with cream.
 Serve and enjoy:-

Delicious and Tasty Orange Cake

Ingredients:-
  • Refined Flour 1 cup.
  • Sugar 3/4 cup.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • Baking powder half a teaspoon.
  • Butter 3/4 cup.
  • Orange Juice or Squash 1/4
The Way To Cook:
  1. Beat sugar and butter well together
  2. Add the eggs to the butter and sugar paste and beat it.
  3. Mix refined flour,orange juice and baking powder into the paste.
  4. Grease the oil in the baking bowl you want to make cake in.
  5. Put this paste into the baking bowl.
  6. Oven it for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Ingredients:-

  • Burger bun 6.
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup.
  • Ice burg 1 cup.
  • Chili sauce 1 cup.
  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Cheese slice 6.
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 2 table spoon.
  • Mustard paste 6.
  • Cooking oil for fry.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with salt and chili sauce.
  2. Leave it for 4 hours.
  3. Take out the chicken water and add in all purpose flour,garlic powder,red chili powder,mustard powder,salt,baking powder and mix well.
  4. Coat the chicken with flour mixture well.
  5. Heat the oil and fry the chicken,then bake in oven for 20 minutes on 250 degree.
  6. Put the cheese over the chicken and place in oven until cheese melt.
  7. Take the bun and put the chicken on it then,mayonnaise,mustard paste,ice burg and cover with other bun.

Chocolate Sandwich

Ingredients:-
  • Bread slice 6.
  • Chocolate chips 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Banana 2 into sliced.
  • Mango cubes 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Grease the bread slices one sides.
  2. Spread the layer of the chocolate chips on 4 bread slices,then banana and mango.
  3. Cover the slices with another bread slices.
  4. Toast in the sandwich maker for 3 minutes.
Serve with any sauce.- 

Chicken Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken cooked and shredded 2 cup.
  • Chopped tomato 4.
  • Chopped carrot 2.
  • Mayonnaise 2 cup.
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 2 into sliced.
  • Bread  slices 8.
  • Butter 1 cup.
How to make:--
  1. Take a bowl and mix chicken,tomato,coriander,carrot,mayonnaise,lemon juice,black and red pepper,and salt.
  2. Heat the butter in a fry pan and stir fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  3. Apply butter out side of the bread slices.
  4. Spread filling on other side of bread,then onion,then cheese and cover with other slice of bread slice.
  5. Press down to close the sandwich.
  6. Heat the fry pan and toast the sandwich both sides until golden brown and cheese melt.

    Mix spicy Pickle

    Ingredients:-
    • Ripe mango 1 kg.
    • Lemon 1 kg.
    • Green chili 1 kg.
    • Carrot 1 kg.
    • Radish 1/2 kg.
    • White chana 1/2 kg.
    • Olive oil 3 kg.
    • Red pepper powder 1/4 kg.
    • Salt 1 kg.
    • Mustard powder 2 table spoon.
    • Black pepper powder 2 table spoon.
    • Zeera 4 table spoon.
    • Sonf 1/4 kg.
    • Kulvengi 1/2 cup.
    • Mathera seeds 1/8 kg.
    • Garlic cloves 1/2 kg.
    How to make;-
    1. Wash the mango,lemon,green chili,carrot and radish and dry completely.
    2. Cut the mango into 2 inch pieces.
    3. Cut the lemon into 2 pieces each.
    4. Cut the radish and carrot into 2 inch long and 1/2 inch thin pieces.
    5. Cut in the center of the green chili .
    6. Take a big plastic bowl and pour in the mango,lemon,carrot,radish and green chili.
    7. Sprinkle over the 3/4 salt and  mix well.
    8. Cover it with cloth and leave it for 24 hours.
    9. Drain the water in another bowl and soaked in the white chana and garlic cloves.
    10. Pour all things in a big bowl.
    11. Take a small bowl and mix in remaining salt,red pepper,mustard powder,culvengi,zeera,mathera seeds,black pepper,sonf with 1 cup of olive oil.
    12. Pour it in the mango lemon bowl and mix well.
    13. Pour it in big  jar and add in the olive oil.
    14. Cover it with cloth and set aside.
    15. Next day drain the white chana and garlic cloves and mix in the jar things well.
    16. Oil should be on the top of the things.
    17. Stir the pickle 3 times daily.
    18. It will be prepare in 7 days.
    19. Keep it in airy space.
    20. Put it with dry spoon every time.
    It is so tasty and delicious,serve it every food .

    Creamy Chicken Lasagna Roll

    Ingredients:-
    • Lasagna noodles 1 packet.
    • Cooked and shredded boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
    • Chopped parsley 1/2 cup.
    • Finely shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup.
    • Finely shredded romana cheese 1/4 cup.
    • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cup.
    • Cream cheese 1 cup.
    •  Milk 1 cup.
    • Dried basil 2 table spoon.
    • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Garlic powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper 1-1/2 tea spoon.
    How to cook:-
    1. Prepare lasagna noodles,drain pasta and align noodles in a single layer on a large sheet of wax paper.
    2. Take a bowl and mix the shredded chicken,1 cup mozzarella cheese,parmesan cheese,romana cheese and parsley and set aside.
    3. Take the electric mixer bowl and beat the cream cheese until smooth,then add in the milk,dried basil,salt,black pepper,onion and garlic powder and mix well.
    4. Pour half of  the cream cheese mixture in the chicken mixture and coat well.
    5. Spread 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture into an even layer along the lenght of each cooked lasagna noodle,then roll noodles to opposite end.
    6. Spread 1/4 cup of the remaining cream cheese mixture along the bottom of a 9 by 9 inch dish.
    7. Align pasta snugly and side by side in the baking dish-3 rows of 3.
    8. Cover each lasagna roll evenly with with remaining cream cheese mixture.
    9. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese mixture on the top.
    10. Bake it for 25-30 minutes on 350 degree.
    11. Sprinkle top evenly with fresh chopped parsley and green chili.

    Chocolate Ice Cream Cake Roll

    Ingredients:-
    • 1 Chocolate package cake mix (18 1/4 once).
    • Egg 3.
    • Oil 1/3 cup.
    • Water 1-1/3 cup.
    • Oreo cookies 20.
    • Sugar powder 1/2 cup.
    • Vanilla ice cream 2 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Prepare chocolate cake mix according to instructions.
    2. Take a 15 by 10 inch jelly roll pan and grease it.
    3. Pour chocolate mixer in the roll pan.
    4.  Sprinkle over the sugar powder.
    5. Bake it for 15 minutes .
    6. Remove the cake from the oven and turn it over onto the kitchen towel.
    7.  Roll the cake up from short end to short end within the towel,jelly roll style.
    8. Cool in wire rack for 1 hour.
    9. Crush the 14 oreo cookies with roller.
    10. U roll the cake and spread the vanilla ice cream.
    11. Top with crushed cookies.
    12. Roll the cake backup without the towel and place into the serving plate.
    13. Put it in freezer for 2 hours.
    14. Garnish the cake with sugar powder and remaining cookies.

    Tomato Basil Chicken Pasta

    Ingredients:-
    • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
    • Stewed tomatoes into diced 1-1/2 cup.
    • Chicken broth 1/2 cup.
    • Fresh basil 2 table spoon.
    • Flour 1/2 cup.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Olive 2 table spoon.
    • Cooked whole wheat spaghetti 2 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
    2. Sprinkle the flour over the chicken.
    3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook chicken for 8 minutes.
    4. Add chicken broth,tomatoes,basil,salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes on low heat until it tender.
    5.  Add cooked pasta and mix together well.

    Italian Beef Sandwich

    Ingredients:-
    • Top round with fat cap 4 pound.
    • Salt 2 table spoon.
    •  Italian seasoning 1/2 cup.
    • Black pepper 2 table spoon.
    • Canola oil 1/2 cup.
    • Chopped onion 1 cup.
    • Garlic cloves 1 cup.
    • Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup.
    • Red chili flakes 1 tea spoon.
    • Paprika 1 table spoon.
    • Cayenne 1 tea spoon.
    • Bay leaves 2.
    • Beef stock 1 cup.
    • Sourdough baguette rolles halved,toasted.
    • Chopped giardiniera vinaigrette vegetables.
    • Jarred red sweet peppers 1 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Marinade the meat with dry ingredients and leave for 3-4 hours.
    2. Take a roasting pan and place the meat in it.
    3. Add canola oil,,onions and garlic cloves and saute for 15 minutes.
    4. Add worcestershire sauce,bay leaves and beef stock.
    5. Roast it for 3 hours on 375 degree.
    6. Let it cool,then cut in thin slices.
    7. Cool broth in the pan and remove the fat from the top.
    8. Reheat the broth and add in the meat slices.
    9. Place some meat on each toasted roll.
    10. Ladle with some broth and top with giardiniera vegetables and red peppers.

    Mango Falooda

    Ingredients:-
    • Mango puree 1 cup.
    • Falooda sev 1 cup.
    • Mango pieces 1 cup.
    • Mango flavored jello 1 cup.
    • Chilled mango custard 1 cup.
    • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup.
    • Basil/sabza/tukmania seeds 1/2 cup.
    • Chopped cashews 10.
    • Raisins 10.
    • Chopped nuts 2 table spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Put the serving ice glasses in the freezer.
    2.  Take enough water in a bowl and soak in basilll/sabza/tukmania seeds and leave them until absorb ,then place in the refrigerator.
    3. Boil the water in a pan and cook falooda sev.
    4. Drain excess water and add chilled water to stop further cooking ofsev.
    5. Place in the refrigerator.
    6. Take the glasses and set the mango jelly,then layer the mango custard,then mango pieces,then mango folooda sev,then by swollen basil seeds and then add a big spoon of mango puree,cashews and raisins.
    7. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
    8. Top with vanilla flavor ice cream and chopped nuts.
    9. Garnish with mint leaves.
    Serve the mango falooda chilled and enjoy:-

    Dill Potato Soup

    Ingredients:-
    • Kosher dill pickle juice 1 cup.
    • Kosher dill pickles  in small diced 1-1/2 cup.
    • Potatoes into cubes 4 cup.
    • Chicken broth 2 cup.
    •  Dried dill 1 tea spoon.
    • Sour cream 2 table spoon.
    • Shredded cheese 1-1/2 cup.
    • Grated carrot 1 cup.
    • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Onion into diced /2 cup.
    • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
    How to make:-
    1.  Take a saucepan and heat the 2 table spoon olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
    2. Add the salt,garlic paste and black pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
    3. Stir in the pickle juice,chicken broth,potatoes and carrot,pickles and dill.
    4. Cook for 20-25 minutes on low heat until potato tender.
    5. Pour 1 cup of soup in the blender and blend it for 30 seconds,then pour in the saucepan.
    6. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and cream and cook until cheese melt.
    7. Sprinkle over the chopped pickles and cheese.

    Salted Caramel Ice Cream

    Ingredients:-
    • Sweetened condensed milk 2 cup.
    • Salted caramel sauce 1 cup.
    • Salt 1 pinch.
    • Heavy cream 2 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a bowl and mix the caramel sauce,and milk.
    2. Whip heavy cream well.
    3. Fold the heavy cream into the caramel and milk mixture until combined well.
    4. Transfer into the freezer airtight jar.
    5. Sprinkle the salt on the top and store in the freezer for 6-8 hours.

    Sweet And Tangy Chicken

    Ingredients:-
    • Boneless chicken  1kg.
    • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Brown sugar 2 table spoon.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
    • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
    • Ketchup 1-1/2 cup.
    • Sesame seed 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Fresh coriander and mint leaves for garnish.
    • Lemon 1 cut in 4 slices.
    How to cook:-
    1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
    2. Sprinkle the1/4 tea spoon salt and pepper over the chicken and heat them each side for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
    3. Take a bowl and combined the vinegar,sauce,mustard powder,garlic paste,ketchup,sugar,1/4 tea spoon salt and pour over the chicken and coat well.
    4. Cover and cook for 30-35 minutes on low heat.
    5. Transfer it in the serving dish and sprinkle sesame seed and garnish with lemon slices, fresh mint and coriander leaves.

    Chocolate Birthday Cake with Cream Cheese

    Ingredients:-
    • All purpose flour 2 cup.
    • Butter 1 table spoon.
    • Sugar 2 cup.
    • Cocoa powder 2 table spoon.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Baking soda  1 table spoon.
    • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
    • Eggs 3.
    • Cold butter milk 1 cup.
    •  Brewed good quality hot coffee 1 cup.
    • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
    For cream cheese frosting:-
    • Unsifted confectioners sugar 3 cup.
    • Unsalted butter 2 sticks.
    • Cream cheese 2-1/2 cup.
    • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a large bowl and combined the 1-3/4 cup flour,2 cup sugar,salt,cocoa powder and baking powder and baking soda.
    2. Take a another bowl and combined the 1/2 cup vegetable oil,eggs,vanilla extract.
    3. Shake the buttermilk well and add in the bowl and combined well.
    4. With the electric mixer mix first bowl ingredients in the second bowl well.
    5. Add the coffee and beat well until it thick.
    6.  Take the 2 8 inch round cake pan and lined with butter.
    7. Pour the batter in the pans and bake for 35 minutes on 350 degree.
    8. Transfer them on wire rack for cool.
    9. Sift the sugar in the siffter and pour in a large bowl and set aside.
    10. Blend the cheese and butter well.
    11. Add the vanilla and sugar slowly and beat.
    12. Place the cake on the cake pedestal and top the cake with the cream frosting with the help of knife,then on the sides.
    13. Place the second cake on the first cake and top with cream frosting,then on the sides.
    14. Keep it in refrigerator for cool for 3-4 hour.

    Peach Upside Down Cake

    Ingredients:-
    • All purpose flour 1/1/4 cup.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
    • Milk 1/2 cup.
    • Egg 1.
    • Butter 1/4 cup.
    • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
    • Ground nutmeg 1/4 tea spoon.
    • Butter 1/2 cup.
    • White sugar 1/2 cup.
    • Peaches 5  pitted and halved.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a 8 inch square pan and melt 1/4 cup butter.
    2. Sprinkle with nutmeg and brown sugar.
    3. Arrange peach halves,cut side down,in pan.
    4. Take a large bowl and cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
    5. Add egg and beat.
    6. Stir flour and baking powder and salt.
    7. Add cream mixture in flour mixture with milk and beat well.
    8. Spread the batter over the peaches.
    9. Bake it for 30-35 minutes on 350 degree.
    10. Remove the cake from the oven and leave for 5 minutes for cool,then transfer into the serving plater.

    1. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Spread batter over peaches.
    2. Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned on top, 35 to 40 minutes. Remove cake from oven, and let stand in pan for 5 minutes; invert onto serving platter.

    Chicken Ginger Stir Fry

    Ingredients:-
    • Chicken 1 kg.
    • Ginger 1/4 kg.
    • Yogurt 1/2 kg.
    • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
    • Chat masala 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Dry coriander powder 1 table spoon.
    • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
    • Olive oil 1 cup.
    • Fresh mint and coriander leaves.
    How to cook:-
    1. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with yogurt,oil,red pepper,salt,lemon juice,coriander powder and leave it for 1 hour.
    2. Take a skillet and cook the chicken for 30 minutes on medium heat.
    3. Cut  the ginger in long 1 inch pieces.
    4. Add the ginger and chopped green chili in the chicken and cook until it dry and leave the oil.
    5. Pour it in the serving dish and sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves.

    Mandarin Orange Cake

    Ingredients:-
    • Yellow cake mix 1 package in normal size.
    • Apple sauce 1/3 cup.
    • Eggs 2.
    • Mandarin oranges , undrained 1 can about 1-1/2 cup.
    •  Crushed pineapple,undrained 1 can about 1-1/2 cup.
    • Instant banana pudding mix 1 package about 1 cup.
    • Frozen whipped topping 1 carton about 1 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a large bowl and beat the eggs,oranges and apple sauce well.
    2. Take 2 baking pan of 9 inch round and lined them .
    3. Pour the batter in the pans and bake them  for 30 minutes on 325 degree.
    4. Cool the pans for 15 minutes.
    5. Removed the batter from the pans.
    6. Take a bowl and beat whipped topping,pineapple and pudding mix.
    7. Place one cake on the cake platter and layer the topping.then place over the second cake and top with topping.
    8. Layer the sides of the cake also.
    9. Chill it and serve.



    Chicken Schnitzel

    Ingredients:-
    • Chicken cutlets 6.
    • Chicken broth 1 cup.
    • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
    • Lemon 1 cut in slices.
    • Olive oil 1 cup.
    •  Eggs 3.
    • Fresh parsley 1 table spoon.
    • Garlic paste 1/4 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Bread crumb 1-1/2 cup.
    • Butter 1 table spoon.
    • Grated cheese 3/4 cup.

    How to make:-

    1. Take a bowl and beat the eggs,garlic paste,salt and pepper,parsley well.
    2. Take another bowl and combined the cheese and bread crumbs.
    3. Dip each cutlet in egg mixture.then coat in the bread crumbs.
    4. Take a fry pan and heat olive oil and fry the cutlets until golden brown each side.
    5. Place them in oven proof plate.
    6. Melt the butter on low heat.
    7. Stir in chicken broth and lemon juice.
    8. Add salt  and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    9. Pour broth mixture over the cutlets and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

    Special Mutton pickle Biryani

    Ingredients:-
    • Mutton 1 kg.
    • Rice 1 kg.
    • Potato 2.
    • Tomato paste 1 cup.
    • Onion in slices 2.
    • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
    • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
    • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
    • Yogurt 1 cup.
    • Mix pickle 1/2 cup.
    • Salt 2 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper 10.
    • Cinnamon 4 piece of 1 inch.
    • Cardamoms 4.
    • Cloves 4.
    • Oil 1cup.
    • Bay leaves 4.
    • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon.
    • Saffron strands  5.
    • Fresh coriander and mint leaves.
    How to make:-
    1. Cut the potatoes into 6 pieces each.
    2. Sprinkle salt over them.
    3. Fry them in deep oil.
    4.  Washed the rice and soaked for 1/2 hour before cook.
    5. Dissolved the saffron in 1/4 cup warm milk.
    6. Take a skillet and heat the 1 cup oil and fry the onion for 5 minutes until brown.
    7. Remove the onion from the skillet and set aside.
    8. Add cinnamon,cloves,garlic and ginger,cardamoms,bay leaves,peppers and fry for 3 minutes.
    9. Cook in the mutton until mutton gives out its own juices.
    10. Add the tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
    11. Add the green chilies,cinnamon powder,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook for 5 minutes.
    12. Stir in the yogurt and cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
    13. Cook until the oil separates from the meat.
    14. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves.
    15. Add 1 glass of water.
    16. Cook until the meat tender.
    17. Take a pan and parboil the rice until the grains are half cooked.
    18. Strain the rice.
    19. Sprinkle the rice over the mutton,
    20. Add fried potato and mix pickle over the rice.
    21. Sprinkle saffron milk over the rice.
    22. Cover the skillet and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
    Serve with mint yogurt and salad :-.

    Blueberry Peach and Apple Trifle

    Ingredients:-
    • Peeled and chopped peaches 2 cup.
    • Fresh blueberries 2 cup.
    • Apple slices 1 cup.
    • Condensed milk 2 cup.
    • Grated lemon peel 2 tea spoon.
    • Cold water 1-1/2 cup.
    • Instant vanilla pudding mix 3/4 cup.
    • Pound cake into 3 inch cubes.
    • Heavy whipping whipped cream 2 cup.
     How to make:-
    1. Take a large bowl and combined the milk,water and lemon peel.
    2. Whisk in pudding mix.
    3. Chill it for 5 minutes.
    4. Fold in whipped cream.
    5. Take a glass bowl and pour in 2 cup of pudding mixture.
    6. Pour half of the cake cubes over the pudding.
    7. Layer all the peaches and apple slices,then half of the remaining pudding,then cake cubes .
    8. Top with blueberries.
    9. Spread the remaining pudding over the blueberries.
    Chill it full,eat and enjoy:-
