Chicken Hot Short with Sesame Seed

Sesame seeds are an excellent source of copper, a very good source of manganese, and a good source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, molybdenum, vitamin B1, selenium, and dietary fiber. These chicken hot short are very like by kids and every one .These chicken hot short will be ready in 40 minutes.and they are for 6 serving.


  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg in i/2 inch pieces.
  • Egg 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon 1 tea spoon.
  • Flour 2 table spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Baking powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 tea spoon.
  • Chili sauce 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Soya sauce 1 cup.
  • Red chili 1.2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs 3/4 cup.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for deep fry.
How to cook:-
  1. Beat the egg in a bowl and mix in the corn flour,flour,garlic paste,baking powder,vinegar,chili sauce,mustard powder,soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,red chili.
  2. Marinate the chicken in this mixture well and leave for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll each piece of chicken in bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
  5. Fry hot shots for 5-7 minutes.
