Sweet Potato Bread with sesame seed

Potatoes and sweet potatoes are versatile and very healthy. Fight cancer, control your diabetes and get stronger bones by eating these nutritious spuds. One medium potato contains 164 calories, 0.2 grams of fat, 0 grams of cholesterol, 37 grams of carbohydrate, 4.7 grams of dietary fiber and 4.3 grams of protein. The same serving also meets 2% of daily calcium needs, 51% vitamin C, 9% iron, 30% vitamin B-6, 12% magnesium and 25% of potassium needs.This bread will be ready in 1-1/2 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • All purpose flour 1-1/2 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1 cup.
  • Mashed sweet potato 1-1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1 table spoon.
  • Ground nutmeg 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground all spice 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Buttermilk 1/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and whisk together flour,sugars,ginger powder,cinnamon powder,baking soda,nutmeg,all spice and set aside.
  2. Take another bowl and combined the mashed potato,vanilla extract,oil,eggs,sesame seed and buttermilk well.
  3. Pour in flour mixture and stir until mix.
  4. Take a oven pan and grease it with oil and pour batter in it.
  5. Smooth out the top with spoon and bake for 70 minutes on 350 degree.
  6. Transfer it on wire rack for cool.
  7. Cut it in slices with sharp knife and eat it with any sauce.
