Ingredients;-
- Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg cut in cubes.
- Vegetable broth,chicken broth 2,2 cup.
- Carrot 1 cut in slices.
- Peas 1 cup.
- Potato 1 cut in small pieces.
- Olive oil 1 table spoon.
- Sesame seed oil 1 table spoon.
- Diced carrot 1 cup.
- Chopped green onion 1 cup.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Tomato paste 2.
- Frozen peas 1/2 cup.
- Beaten egg 2.
- Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
- Red chili 1 tea spoon.
- Fresh and chopped mint and coriander leaves for garnish.
How to make;-
- Spray vinegar on the chicken and leave for 15 minutes.
- Take a sauce pan and add chicken and broth.
- Cook on medium heat until all liquid dry.
- Remove from heat and leave for cool.
- Take a large skillet,heat oils on medium heat.
- Add carrots, peas,potato,green onion tomato past,garlic and ginger paste,black and red pepper and cover it.
- After 3 minutes add chicken.
- After 3-5 minutes add eggs and scramble.
- Stir to combine scramble eggs with chicken.
- Add soy sauce,green chili and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the serving bowl and garnish with fresh chopped mint and coriander leaves.
