Fry Chicken with Mushrooms

 mushrooms contain good-for-your-bladder selenium and, like us, they produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Oyster mushrooms are a good source or iron.This dish will be ready in 1 hour and for 6-8 serving.

Ingredients;-
 
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  •  Boneless skinless chicken breasts  1 kg. 
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.  
  •  Spring onions 3 cut in slice.
  •  Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Button mushrooms 350 gram.
  • Small bunch of parsley cut in slices.
  • Springs of thyme few.
  • Plain flour 1 table spoon.
  • Chicken stock 150 ml.
  • Cream 150 ml.
  • Dijon mustard 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
How to cook;-
  1. Pre heat the oven to low to keep the chicken warm later.
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  3. Season the chicken with black pepper and salt.
  4. Heat oil and butter in a fry pan and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes each side.
  5. Reduce the heat and cover the fry pan and cook chicken more for 8 minutes.
  6. When the juice of chicken dry,transfer it in a dish and keep warm.
  7. Fry the button mushrooms,onions.garlic paste on medium heat for 4 minutes until it softened.
  8. Stir the flour in the pan and cook for 1 minutes,add the stock and bring to boil,stirring constantly.
  9. Cook the mushroom sauce for 3 minutes,reduce the heat and add cream,parsley,thyme and mustard and stir well,add chicken breasts,and any juices to the pan and heat gently for 3 minutes.
  10.  Put the cooked breasts onto warmed plates and spoon over the mushroom.
Serve hot;-
