Baked Mushrooms with Baked Potato

 mushrooms contain good-for-your-bladder selenium and, like us, they produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Oyster mushrooms are a good source or iron. Plus, they're low in calories.Potatoes and sweet potatoes are versatile and very healthy. Fight cancer, control your diabetes and get stronger bones by eating these nutritious spuds.This recipe is for 4-5 serving and will be ready in 50 minutes.

 Ingredients:-
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg.
  • White mushrooms 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh thyme 1.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
  • Rosemary 1.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
 How to cook;-
  1. Cut the potatoes into chunks.
  2. Halved the mushrooms.
  3. Toss potatoes and olive oil in a roasting pan and bake uncover for 20 minutes on 400 degree.
  4. Add chopped onion,garlic,soy sauce,vinegar,rosemary,thyme,mushrooms and stir.
  5. Bake again for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
 Serve hot and enjoy:-
