Ingredients:
- Chicken 1kg.
- Chopped onion2.
- Chopped tomato 3.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Fresh and chopped coriander and mint leaves for garnish.
- Boiled egg 2.
- Yogurt 1 cup.
- Cucumber 1 (cut into slices)
- Tomato 1 (cut into slices)
- Lemon 1 (cut into slices)
How to cook:-
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Add garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Wash the chicken well and add in the pan .
- Stir in the salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add ginger paste and cook for 2 minute.
- Add tomato paste and green chili and cook until it dry.
- Stir in the mustard powder and red pepper powder and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 1/4 cup water.
- Beat the yogurt and add in the chicken and cook for 5 minutes until it leave oil.
- Add 1 cup water and cook until it tender.
- When it tender dry its water and remove from the heat.
- Pour in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam masala.
- Cut the eggs into half and garnish the chicken .
- Sprinkle over the coriander and mint leaves.
