Ingredients;-
- Beef 2 k.g (whole piece of undercut)
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup.
- White vinegar 1 cup.
- Garlic cloves 1o.
- Crushed black pepper 2 tea spoon.
- Butter 3 table spoon.
- Salt 2 tea spoon.
- Brown sugar 1 table spoon.
How to make;-
- With a small knife make small cut on meat.
- Put a garlic cloves in each cut.
- Mix lemon juice,vinegar,black pepper,salt,brown sugar and apply this mixture on the meat.
- Cover with plastic sheet and leave for 12 hours.
- Steam it in steamer for 30-40 minutes.
- Apply butter and bake for 15 minutes on 300 degree.
Serve hot with any sauce;-
