Ingredients:-
- Plane flour 1/2 kg.
- Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
- Warm milk 1/2 cup.
- Yogurt 1/2 cup.
- Caster sugar 1/2 tea spoon.
- Egg 1.
- Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
- Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
- Ghee 1/2 cup.
- Take a large bowl and combined the salt,flour,baking powder,sugar.
- Whisk the warm milk,egg,yogurt in a bowl.
- Add flour mixture in it and stir until combined.
- Transfer onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
- Pour in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the dough on floured surface and and 1/4 cup of ghee and knead it for 5 minutes or until ghee is incorporated in the dough well.
- Fry the garlic in the remaining ghee for 1 minute and remove from the ghee.
- Divide the dough into 8 place.
- Press each piece in the shape of nan or in which shape you like.
- Sprinkle over the sesame seed and garlic equele .
- Bake the nan for 6-8 minutes on 250 degree.
- Remove the nan and brush it with ghee.
