Strawberry Up and Down Cream Cake

  strawberries, you should be. Not only are they juicy, summery and delicious, they're a bona fide superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C),This cake is much delicious and will be ready in 1 hour.

  • All purpose flour 1/1/4 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Butter 1/4 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Ground nutmeg 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • White sugar 1/2 cup.
  •   Strawberry 1 cup cut into  halved.
How to make:-
  1. Take a 8 inch square pan and melt 1/4 cup butter.
  2. Sprinkle with nutmeg and brown sugar.
  3. Arrange strawberries halves,cut side down,in pan.
  4. Take a large bowl and cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add egg and beat.
  6. Stir flour and baking powder and salt.
  7. Add cream mixture in flour mixture with milk and beat well.
  8. Spread the batter over the strawberries.
  9. Bake it for 30-35 minutes on 350 degree.
  10. Remove the cake from the oven and leave for 5 minutes for cool,then transfer into the serving platter.
