This dish is quickly ready and have much taste.This will be ready in 20 minutes. Almonds make this healthy .
. Egg yolk 2 cup.
. Sugar 2 cup.
. Ghee 1-1/2 cup.
. Small cardamom 6.
. Crushed almonds 1 cup.
. Pistachios 1/2 cup.
. Balai 1-1/2 cup.
. Crushed coconut 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
1. Beat the egg yolk and sugar in a bowl.
2. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry cardamom for 30 seconds.
3. Add egg and sugar mixture nd stir until it thick.
4. Add balai,almonds,pistachios, coconut and stir until it leave ghee.
5. Pour in a serving bowl.
