Strawberry Pineapple Cream Cake with Vanilla Frosting

strawberries, you should be. Not only are they juicy, summery and delicious, they're a bona fide superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C), Pineapple due to its wealth of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, including potassium, copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, beta carotene, thiamin, B6, and folate.This delicious cake will be ready in 1-30 hour.


  • Refined flour 3 cup.
  • Sugar 3 cup.
  • Egg 3 beaten.
  • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Crushed pine apple can medium.
  • Strawberries chunks 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Mix flour,sugar,salt,eggs,baking powder,strawberries and crushed pine apple with juice in a large bowl well.
  2. Pour it in long baking dish and bake for 40 minutes on 350 degree.
For frosting;-
  • Philadelphia cream cheese 1 -1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1 stick.
  • Vanilla 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar powder 3 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Mix well all things and pour over warm cake.
  2. Keep it in freezer and serve cool.
