Strawberry Almond Coconut Cake

strawberries, you should be. Not only are they juicy, summery and delicious, they're a bona fide superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C).almonds include lower blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss.
This cake will be ready in 1 hour but take time  for cool.


Ingredients:-

  • Cheese cake 1.
  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup.
  • Coconut palm sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Squeezed lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Preserves strawberries 1/4 cup.
  • Whole strawberries 1 cup.
  • Whole almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Dates 4.

How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat with mixer cream cheese,sugar,lemon juice and yogurt until smooth.
  2. In other bowl combine preserves strawberries and strawberries.
  3. Make crumbs of almonds and dates.
  4. Add 1/2 cheesecake and yogurt batter to serving bowl,spoon 1/2 strawberry mixture,the again cheese cake and again strawberry mixture.
  5. On the top layer the almond and dates crumb.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
Serve cool:-
