Chinese Fish Toast
Ingredients:-
- Fish 1/2 kg.
- Bread slices 6.
- Refined flour 4 table spoon.
- Egg 2.
- Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Onion 1.
- Oil for fry.
How to cook:-
- Blend the fish,salt,chines salt,black pepper,onion,egg,flour in the blender well.
- Cut off bread crust and cut one slice into four squares.
- Spread fish paste on top of each bread square.
- Make all the slices same.
- Keep them in freezer for10 minutes.
- Take a fry pan and heat the oil.
- Fry the bread slices until golden brown.
Serve with any sauce:-
