- Lamb leg 2 kg.
- Crushed garlic 1 table spoon.
- Fresh rosemary half the leaves removed and remain crushed.
- Lemon juice 1 cup.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Salt 2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 2 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
- Germ masala 2 tea spoon.
- Vinegar 2 table spoon.
- Coriander seeds 2 tea spoon.
How to cook;-
- Preheat the oven at 40 degree.
- Rub the lamb all over with the lemon juice and vinegar.
- Put it for 1/2 hour.
- Pat the garlic paste and rosemary,olive oil,salt,black and red pepper,germ masala,coriander seed of the meat.
- Put it for 1/2 hour.
- Place the lamb in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degree and cook for 1 hour .
- Remove the lamb from pan and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Serve with any sauce which you like;-
