- Beef under cut 1 kg cut into large pieces.
- Green chili 20 cut in lenght wise.
- Crushed garlic 2 tea spoon.
- Crushed black pepper 2 tea spoon.
- Crushed white pepper 2 tea spoon.
- Sugar 2 tea spoon.
- White flour 2 tea spoon.
- Corn flour 2 tea spoon.
- Soya sauce 1/2 cup.
- Salt 2 tea spoon.
- Sesame seed oil few drops.
- Oil 1 cup.
How to cook;-
- Cut meat into thin slice.
- Marinate the meat in a mixture of all ingredients except oil and green chillies.
- Leave it for 2 hour.
- Just before serving heat oil in a wok till very heat and stir fry the meat.
- In a other pan stir fry the green chillies and add to meat.
- Sprinkle the sesame oil on top and serve hot.
