Pashawri Chapli Kabab
Ingredients:-
- Minced 1 kg.
- Fat 1 cup.
- Chopped pomegranate 1.
- Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup.
- Eggs 6.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 2 tea spoon.
- Corn flour 1 cup.
- Chopped onion 1 kg.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Tomato 3.
- Oil 1 cup.
How to make:-
- Take a bowl and mix chopped onion,eggs,corn flour.
- Add minced,fat,red pepper powder,salt,coriander powder,chopped pomegranate,pomegranate seeds,chopped green chili,garlic paste and mix well.
- Make balls with hand and press them with hand.
- Cut the tomato in round pieces and put one slice on every kabab and press.
- Heat the oil in fry pan and fry the kababs golden brown.
