Paratha Roll
Ingredients:-
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
- Yogurt 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Oil 2 table spoon.
- Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
For making pratha:-
- Refined flour 4 cup.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Butter 4 table spoon.
- Mayonnaise 2 table spoon.
- Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
- Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with yogurt,salt,red pepper,garam masala,baking powder,oil and leave it for 2 hours.
- Take a fry pan and cook the chicken until tender.
- Make prathas of the ready flour.
- Brush the mayonnaise on the prathas,then put over the chicken,then chili sauce and roll the prathas.
