- Oil 4 table spoon.
- Lemon 2.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg 4 inches long.
- Chili 4.
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped onion 1 in long size.
- Chopped green onion 4 in long size.
- Salsa 1 cut in long 2 inches pieces.
- Shredded cheddar cheese.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Sweet red pepper 1/2.
- Vinegar 2 tea spoon.
HOW TO COOK;-
- Cut chicken in 4-6 pieces long.
- Mix garlic paste,rosemary,vinegar,oil,salt,black pepper in the chicken and put in a shopper bag.
- Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry chicken for 5-6 minutes on one side.
Topping option;
- While the chicken cooks, fry peppers and onion for 3 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and top each piece with an equal amount of crushed tomato fry peppers and onion,cheese and parsley.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- When cheese is starting to melt ,it cooked.
SERVE IMMEDIATELY HOT;-
