Spicy Chapli Kabab
Ingredients:-
- Mince 1 kg.
- Egg4.
- Boiled egg 4.
- Pomegranate seed 2 table spoon.
- Tomato sliced 4.
- Bread crumbs 4 slices.
- Coriander seed 3 table spoon.
- Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Garlic paste 2 tea spoon.
- Chopped onion 5.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Fresh coriander leaves.
- Wheat flour 4 table spoon.
- Butter 2 table spoon.
- Oil for fry.
How to make:-
- Take a bowl and mix the mince ,mince,red pepper,black pepper,salt,coriander seed,butter,pomegranate seed,wheat flour,chopped onion,chopped coriander leaves,chopped green chilies,garam masala well and leave for 2 hours.
- Shape into round kababs.
- Press 1 slice of tomato on the center of each kabab and press it with hand.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the kababs golden brown.
