Strawberry Almond Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients:-
  •  Rolled oats 1/2 cup.
  • Water 1 cup.
  • Almond milk 1/4 cup. 
  • Vanilla 1 tea spoon.
  • Almond butter 1 table spoon.
  • Frozen bananas 2.
  • Sliced strawberries 1 cup.
  • Sliced almonds and strawberries, for garnish.
How to make:-
  1. Take a sauce pan and cook the water and oats for 6 minutes on low heat.
  2. Stir in vanilla,almond butter until melted.
  3. Remove from the heat and leave for cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Blend the bananas and strawberries with 2 table spoon of almond milk.
  5. Take a glass jar and layer the warm oats with the strawberry mixture.top with almond and strawberry sliced.
  6. Keep it in freezer for 6 hours.

Creamy Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:-
  • Chopped and fresh strawberries 4 cup.
  • Crushed pineapple without juice 1 can.
  • Chopped apple 1 cup.
  • Miniature marshmallows 2-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Salt 1/6 tea spoon.
  • Heavy whipping cream 2-1/2 cup.
  • Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and blend the chopped strawberries,pineapple,apple,marshmallows,salt and sugar well.
  2. Covered and keep it in refrigerator for 12 hours.
  3. Before serving take a bowl and beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold cream and walnuts into cranberries mixture.

Maple Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients:-
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Heavy cream 4 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Maple syrup 1/2 cup.
  •  Instant coffee 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Mix all the ingredients well until dissolved every thing.
  2. Chill well before churning.
  3. Churn well according to the instructions.
  4. Transfer in the freezer container and freeze.
 Serve and enjoy:-

Orange Jam

Ingredients:-
  • Navel orange 3.
  • Water 1 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Wash the oranges and cut off both ends of the orange.
  2. Cut the each orange in 8 pieces.
  3. Make the tiny pieces of the orange in food processor.
  4. Take a sauce pan and boil the oranges,water and sugar for 15 minutes,stirring frequently.
  5. Leave it for cool,then place in a glass tight jar.
  6. Keep it in refrigerator.

Strawberry Cream Mousseline

Ingredients:-
  • Strawberries 2 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Egg yolk 3.
  • Sugar 2/3 cup.
  • Cornstarch 1/2 cup.
  • Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Make the puree of the strawberries and bring a gentle simmer.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk together  the egg,egg yolk and sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the half of the fruit puree into the eggs mixture.
  4. Put this mixture in the saucepan and heat on medium heat.
  5. Whisk until become thick.
  6. Leave it for cool for 1 hour.
  7. Cut the butter into the cubes.
  8. Add the one third of the butter cubes,after 1 minutes add one third of the butter cubes,after 1 minute add the remaining butter cubes.
  9. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes.

Wedding Cake With Strawberry

Ingredients:-

For cake:-
  • Butter1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 6 table spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Eggs whites 6.
  • Cake flour 2-1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cream of tarter 1 pinch.
How to make:-
  1. Take the 2 9 inch round cake pan and line with parchment.
  2. Take a bowl and beat the cream of tarter and  egg whites for 2 minutes until become soft.
  3. Beat in the 6 table spoon of sugar for 2 minutes.
  4. Set the aside.
  5. Beat the butter and remaining sugar for 5 minutes.
  6. Whisk the vanilla extract and milk.
  7. Sift in flour,salt and baking powder.
  8. Whisk in 1/4 of the egg whites.
  9. Pour into the lined pans and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
For strawberry filling:-
  • Strawberries 2 cup.
  • Corn starch 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1/4 cup. 
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and cook the strawberries on medium heat.
  2. When they become soft blend with the blender.
  3. Whisk in the sugar and  cornstarch until smooth.
  4. Return to heat and cook until thick.
For butter cream:-
  • Milk cup 1/2.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar powder 4 cups.
  • Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Beat the milk,vanilla and sugar powder.
  2. Cut the cold butter into cubes and add one half of the butter and beat for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add remaining butter and beat for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover the cake with strawberries filling and decorate with butter cream to make some flowers and small balls.

Blueberry Butter Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients:-

For the ice cream:-
  • Whole milk 2 cup.
  • Heavy cream 2 cup.
  • Egg yolk 5.
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
  •  Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Maple syrup 1/2 cup.
For the blueberry bits:-
  • Fresh blueberries 2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a pan and heat the whole milk,maple syrup and sugar on medium-low heat.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk the egg yolks until become light and pale yellow color.
  3. Add 1/4 cup warm milk and stir.
  4. Add it into the milk pan and stir for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and stir in heavy cream,salt and butter.
  6. Transfer it in a freezer box and keep it in fridge for 12 hours.
  7. Before churning the ice cream make the blueberry swirl.
  8. Take a small pan and heat the blueberry,sugar and lemon juice on medium heat for 2 minutes.
  9. Remove from the heat and leave it for cool for 1 hour.
  10. Transfer it in your ice cream maker and churn according to the  instructions.
  11. Once the ice cream is done churning,scoop half of the ice cream into a container.
  12. Pour half of the blueberries over the ice cream.
  13. Again pour the remaining ice cream,then remaining blueberries over the ice cream.
  14. Gently swirl the blueberries in the ice cream with the wooden spoon.
  15. Keep it in freezer for 12 hours.
Serve and enjoy with ice cream:-

Diet Beans


Ingredients:-
  • Cannellini white beans 1 can.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.

  • Tomato puree 1 cup.

How to make:-
  1. Take a frypan and heat olive oil on medium heat.
  2. Add crushed garlic,and sage leaves.
  3. Fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the beans,salt and pepper and stir.
  5. After 2 minutes add tomato puree and 1 cup of water and cook it on low heat for 15 minutes.

Diet Tangerine Chicken

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Potato 1.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Shallot 1.
  • Rosemary 1.
  • Tangerines 2.

How to make:-
  1. Peel the tomato and cut it in slice.
  2. Cut te shallots in slice.
  3. Grate the peel of one the tangerines and juice them both.
  4. Take a skillet and heat the oil and add shallot.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes and ad chicken and fry for 5 minutes each side.
  6. Add salt,rosemary,potato and cook for 5 minutes .

  • Coconut milk 1 liter.

Chocolate Banana Cake-Ish Bread

Ingredients:-

  • All purpose flour 1 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/4 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 1tea spoon.
  • Bittersweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup.
  • Mashed banana 2 cup.
For topping:-
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Ground almonds 1/2 cup-2 table spoon.
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. For texture take a bowl and beat the sugar and butter well.
  2. Add ground almonds,vanilla extract and flour and mix.
  3. Store in the freezer.
For batter:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat butter and sugar well.
  2. Add eggs one by one and beat .
  3. Add mashed banana and beat until distributed.
  4. Take another bowl mix flour,baking powder and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients into butter and sugar mixture and mix.
  6. Line the oven try with parchment paper and grease with butter and spread the batter.
  7. Cover with chocolate chips.
  8. Top with streusel.
  9. Bake it for 40-45 minutes on 325 degree.
  10. Leave it for cool for 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Brown rice noodles 1 cup.
  • Almonds 1/4 cup.
  • Pine nuts 1/4 cup.
  • Dried tomatoes 1 cup.

  • Garlic clove 1.

How to make:-
  1. Cook noodles for 6-8 minutes in boiling water with salt.
  2. Blend all ingredients except noodles well.

Sweet Burger With Fries

Ingredients:-

  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Milk 1 cup.
  • Refined flour 3 cup.
  • Vanilla essence 2 table spoon.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Sesame seeds 1 tea spoon.
  • Cocoa powder 1 table spoon.
  • Pineapple slices 1 cup.
  • Mix fruit 1 cup.
  • Apple jam 2 table spoon.
  • Apple slices 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the butter until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and beat again.
  3. Add the eggs and mix well.
  4. Add the milk,vanilla and refined flour and beat well.
  5. Put out 1/3 of the mixture and add cocoa powder to make chocolate cupcakes.
  6. Put the mixture in to the greased cupcake and bake for 20 minutes on 180 degree.
  7. Leave them for cool for 30 minutes.
  8. Make two slice of cupcake.
  9. Layer the apple jam on the top of cupcake and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
  10. Slices the chocolate cupcake.
  11. Put your burgers start with the bottom half of the cupcake,then put the half of the chocolate cupcake on the top.
  12. Add a slice of pineapple,then apple jam,then any fruit slice.
  13. Put the top half of the cupcake.
  14. Put it in the serving plate with apple slices.

Salmon And Orange Diet Fish Packet

Ingredients:-

  • Salmon sticks 2.
  • Bay leaves 2.
  • Black olive 15.
  • Bush of chard 1/2.
  • Orange 1.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.

How to make:-
  1. Clean and slice the orange and chard.
  2. Cut out a big rectangular of parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon and half of ingredients on the center.

  1. Take a saucepan and boil cook the honey,sugar,soy sauce,asian sauce,fish sauce,garlic paste,lemon juice,lemon zest in 2 glass of water for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolles

Ingredients:-

For rolls:-

  • Dry yeast 1 table spoon.
  • Warm water 1 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Buttermilk 1 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
  • All purpose flour 6 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
For filling:-
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon 2 table spoon.
  • Cornstarch 1 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
For frosting:-
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 cup.
  • Cream cheese 1table spoon.
  • Sugar powder 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a big bowl and mix water,sugar,salt and yeast .
  2. Take a microwave bowl and melt the 1 cup butter.
  3. Add buttermilk,eggs,melted butter in the yeast mixture and beat.
  4. Add 4 cups of flour one by one.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Once flour is mixed in,add reaming flour in it and beat slowly until dough becomes a ball.
  7. Lightly dust countertop with flour.
  8. Turn dough onto countertop.
  9. Kneed a few turns,shape the dough into a ball.
  10. Melt 1 table spoon butter in microwave in a big bowl.
  11. Place the dough into the bowl upside down.
  12. Cover the dough loosely with plastic cover and drape bowl with a towel.
  13. Set bowl in a warm place for 90 minutes.
  14. Take a bowl and combine brown sugar,cinnamon,cornstarch with a fork and set aside.
  15. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  16. Kneed the dough a few turns,then using rolling pin.
  17. Roll out into an 18"tall x 24"wide rectangle.
  18. Spread softened butter around dough leaving the bottom 1"border uncoated.
  19. Sprinkle buttered dough with brown sugar mixture,leaving the bottom 1"uncoated.
  20. Use rolling pin to press sugar mixture into the dough.
  21. Tightly roll the dough towards you,using the last 1" to seal roll.
  22. Cut it in 12 pieces.
  23. Take the 2 baking dishes,place 6 roll in each dish.
  24. Cover them loosely with plastic cover and drapes a towel over the dishes.
  25. Set them in a warm place 90 minutes until they become double size.
  26. Bake them for 20 minutes on 350 degree.
  27. Meanwhile in a large bowl beat cheese and butter well.
  28. Add reaming ingredients and beat until become light and fluffy.
  29. Remove rolls from the oven and spread 1/4 of frosting over each dishes of rolls.
  30. Allow to cool slightly and repeat.

Curried Sweet Potato

Ingredients:-

  • Sweet potato 2 pound.
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped shallots 1/4 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground cumin 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Curry powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Ground red pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut in 1 inches cubes.
  2. Take a saucepan and boiled the potatoes until tender.
  3. Take a nonstick skillet and melt butter on low heat.
  4. Add shallots and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Add in salt,brown sugar,cumin,curry powder,red pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add shallots mixture,half and half. and lemon juice in the potato.
  7. Mash potato mixture with a potato masher to desired consistency.
Serve with any sauce:-

Peanut Butter Caramel Truffel




Ingredients:-

  1. Medjool dates 1 pound.
  2. Coconut oil 2.5 table spoon.
  3. Salt 3/4 tea spoon.
  4. Salted creamy butter 1/4 cup.
  5. Dark chocolate chips 1 heaping cup.
How to make:-



  1. Pit the dates and add in food processor.
  2. Add 1 table spoon coconut oil and mix.
  3. Mix until a rough paste forms.
  4. Add salt and mix.
  5. Freeze for 30 minutes
  6. Scoop out small balls with fingers and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
  7. Take a bowl and and pour peanut butter and remaining coconut oil in it and microwave to melt.
  8. Remove truffles from the freezer and drizzle with warmed peanut butter and freeze again for 30 minutes.
  9. Warm the chocolate chips  with 1 table spoon coconut oil in microwave for 30 seconds.
  10. Remove the truffles from the freezer and scoop truffles up and quickly immerse in chocolate with a fork.
  11. Drizzle the chocolate on the top of the truffles with small spoon.
  12. Gently shake off excess chocolate and place back on parchment-lined sheet.
  13. Sprinkle over the salt.
  14. Make all truffles same.
  15. Place them back in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Before serve let set out for freezer for 15 minutes:-

Margarita Ice Cream

Ingredients:-

Lime juice 1 table spoon.
Cointreau 3 table spoon.
Tequila 2 table spoon.
Icing sugar 1/2 cup.
Double cream 1/2 cup.

How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix lime juice,cointreau and tequila.
  2. Add the sugar and mix until dissolve.
  3. Add the cream.
  4. Transfer it in a serving bowl and freeze it  for 12 hours.

Mutton Karahi

Ingredients:-

  • Mutton 1 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Crushed ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Green chili 6-8.
  • Red pepper 1 table spoon.
  • Dry coriander 2 table spoon.
  • Cloves 4.
  • Cumin seeds 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and pour mutton in it.
  2. Add garlic paste and salt and cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Take a karahi and heat the oil init.
  4. Fry the mutton in it till it brown.
  5. Add ginger paste,chopped green chili, tomato paste,red pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Beat the yogurt with fork and add in the mutton and cook for6-8 minutes.
  7. Add garam masala,crushed ginger and green chili.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.

Glazed Ginger Bread Donuts

Ingredients:-

  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground cloves 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Ground nutmeg 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Butter milk 1 cup.
  • Molasses 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
For glaze:-
  • Plain yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Milk 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar powder 2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combine the flour,sugar,cinnamon,baking soda,nutmeg,salt,and cloves and mix well.
  2. Take another bowl and combine the oil,buttermilk,molasses,vanilla and egg and mix well.
  3. Pour wet ingredients in dry ingredients and mix until just combine,do not over mix.
  4. Spray with oil to 12 donut cups.
  5. Spoon batter  equally into the cups.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes on 350 degree. 

Serve with cold coffee:-

Banana Chocolate Chip Pancake

Ingredients:-

  • Egg 1.
  • Buttermilk 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 pinch.
  • Oil 1 table spoon.
  • Mashed banana 1.
  • All purpose flour 1 cup.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chocolate.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and whisk egg,buttermilk,oil,salt and mashed banana.
  2. Add baking sodo and baking powder and mix well.
  3. Take a skillet and heat up it with lightly oil.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated skillet.
  5. Spread it in circular shape.
  6. Sprinkle on chocolate chips.
  7. Cook until bubbles appear .
  8. Cook the other side too until golden.
  9. Cook all the pancake same.

Apple Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients:-

  • Refined flour 2 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/4 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon 1 table spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Large flake rolled oats 1 cup.
  • Kraft peanut butter with honey 1/2 cup.
  • Granny smith apples 2.
How to make:-
  1. Combine peanut butter,oatsTake a bowl and blend the flour,salt,baking powder,cinnamon,1/2 cup sugar well.
  2. Whisk eggs,milk,oil in a bowl and blend well.
  3. Stir in apples.
  4. Add dry ingredients and blend.
  5. Combine peanut butter,oats and remaining sugar until crumbly.
  6. Lined the muffin cups with paper and spoon half the batter.
  7. Top each with 1 table spoon streusel mixture.
  8. Cover with remaining batter and streusel mixture and press with spoon.
  9. Bake it for 20-25 minutes on 350 degree.
  10. Transfer it on rack for cool.

Baked Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients:-

Refined flour 1/2 cup.
Eggs 2.
Bread crumbs 1 cup.
Water 1 table spoon.
Italian seasoning 2-1/2 table spoon.
Garlic powder 1/2 table spoon.
Pepper 1/8 tea spoon.
Melted butter 1 table spoon.
String cheese 12.
Marinara 1 cup.

How to make:-

  1. Take a bowl and mix beat eggs and water.
  2. Take another bowl and combined the bread crumbs, pepper ,garlic powder,italian seasoning.
  3. Pour the flour in a bowl.
  4. Coat cheese sticks with flour,then in egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Again dip in eggs,then coat in bread crumbs.
  6. Cover them and chill for 4 hours.
  7. Place on un greased baking sheet.
  8. Drizzle with butter and bake uncovered for 8 minutes on 400 degree.
  9. Leave it for 5 minutes.

Crispy Parmesan Potato Puffs

Ingredients:-

  • Potato 2 pound.
  • Milk 1/2 cup,Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Pepper 1/8 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Choppedgreen chili 4.
  • Minced green onions 1/2 cup.
  • Grated parmesan cheese 1 cup.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Bread crumbs 3 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Boiled the potato until tender.
  2. Mash the boiled potato and mix in the salt,pepper,milk,butter well.
  3. Stir in parmesan and onion.
  4. Leave it for 1 hour for cool.
  5. Roll the potato mixture into 1 inches balls.
  6. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  7. Dip the potato balls in the eggs,then in bread crumbs.
  8. Place them on baking sheet.
  9. Spray them with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes on 400 degree.
