Chinese Chicken Egg Fried Rice
Cooked white salted rice 2 cup.
Cooked chicken meat 1 cup.
Soy sauce 1/4 cup.
Ground black pepper 1 tea spoon.
Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
Water 1 table spoon.
Chopped onion 1.
Butter 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
Take a bowl and beat water and egg.
Take a skillet and melt the butter on low heat.
Add egg and leave flat for 2 minutes.
Remove the egg from the skillet and shredded it.
Heat oil in the skillet and fry onion until soft.
Add rice,soy sauce,pepper and chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in eggs and remove from the heat.
Serve hot with any sauce:-
