- Cooked white salted rice 2 cup.
- Cooked chicken meat 1 cup.
- Soy sauce 1/4 cup.
- Ground black pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
- Water 1 table spoon.
- Egg 1.
- Chopped onion 1.
- Butter 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
- Take a bowl and beat water and egg.
- Take a skillet and melt the butter on low heat.
- Add egg and leave flat for 2 minutes.
- Remove the egg from the skillet and shredded it.
- Heat oil in the skillet and fry onion until soft.
- Add rice,soy sauce,pepper and chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir in eggs and remove from the heat.
Serve hot with any sauce:-
