- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- All purpose flour 1/4 cup.
- Crushed red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Toasted sesame oil 1/2 cup.
- Honey 1/3 cup.
- Sesame seeds 2 table spoon.
- Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
- Ketchup 2 table spoon.
- Vegetable oil 2 table spoon.
- Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
- Cut the chicken into the cubes.
- Take a skillet and heat the toast sesame seeds until golden.
- Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
- Take another bowl and mix honey,soy sauce,ketchup,pepper,sesame oil.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt.
- Pour flour in a bowl.
- Roll chicken in flour well and layer in the plate.
- Take a skillet and warm the oil and cook chicken until through,then turn and cook again 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and transfer into a plate.
- Add garlic in the skillet and fry for 1 minute.
- Stir in honey mixture and stir for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and add chicken with any juices and coat the chicken with mixture well.
- If it thick add 2 table spoon of water.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
