- Cake flour 1-1/2 cup.
- Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
- Cocoa powder 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Sugar 2 cup.
- Butter 3/4 cup.
- Egg 3.
- Vanilla extract 2 table spoon.
- Buttermilk 1-1/2 cup.
- Mint whipped cream.
- Fresh mint sprigs.
- Chocolate curls.
How to make:-
- Take a bowl and sift flour,baking soda and baking powder,salt and cocoa powder.
- Take another bowl and beat sugar and butter with electric mixer.
- Add eggs one by one and beat every time.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients with buttermilk in three addition and beat until blended.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree and lined the three 9 inches bake pan with parchment paper.
- Divide batter among pans.
- Baked them for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool cakes in pan for 15 minutes then turn out on racks,peel of paper and cool completely.
- Place 1 cake on plater,spread 1-1 /4 cup mint whipped cream over the cake.
- Place second cake on it and top with 1-1/4 cup mint whipped cream.
- Place third cake on it and top with 1-1/4 cup mint whipped cream over top and sides of the cake.
- Keep it in refrigerator for 3-5 hour.
- Pile chocolate curls center of the cake.
