- Brown sugar 1/3 cup.
- Cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
- Salted butter 3 table spoon.
- Coconut juice 3 table spoon.
- Heavy cream 2 table spoon.
- Banana sliced 3 cup.
For ice cream:-
- Milk 1 cup.
- Heavy cream 2 cup.
- Salt 1/8 tea spoon.
- Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
- Sugar 3/4 cup.
How to make:-
- Take a skillet and heat the butter.
- Stir in the sugar and cinnamon until sugar dissolved.
- Stir in coconut juice and cook for 1 minute.
- Add banana slices and cook for 2 minutes.
- Coating banana with sauce,then stream in heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Remove from the heat and leave for cool.
- Transfer in a bowl and keep in refrigerator.
- Take a bowl and whisk together sugar,milk,salt,vanilla extract,cream well.
- Cover and keep in refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
- Pour mixture into ice maker and churn according to manufacturer's direction.When ice cream has finished churning,layer the ice cream and about 1/2-3/4 cup of the cooled bananas foster mixture in a freezer-safe container.Cover and freezer until firm.
