Baked Chicken Cheese Lasagana Roll

 These tasty rolls will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Lasagna noodles 1 packet.
  • Cooked and shredded boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped parsley 1/2 cup.
  • Finely shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Finely shredded romana cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cup.
  • Cream cheese 1 cup.
  •  Milk 1 cup.
  • Dried basil 2 table spoon.
  • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1-1/2 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Prepare lasagna noodles,drain pasta and align noodles in a single layer on a large sheet of wax paper.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the shredded chicken,1 cup mozzarella cheese,parmesan cheese,romana cheese and parsley and set aside.
  3. Take the electric mixer bowl and beat the cream cheese until smooth,then add in the milk,dried basil,salt,black pepper,onion and garlic powder and mix well.
  4. Pour half of  the cream cheese mixture in the chicken mixture and coat well.
  5. Spread 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture into an even layer along the lenght of each cooked lasagna noodle,then roll noodles to opposite end.
  6. Spread 1/4 cup of the remaining cream cheese mixture along the bottom of a 9 by 9 inch dish.
  7. Align pasta snugly and side by side in the baking dish-3 rows of 3.
  8. Cover each lasagna roll evenly with with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  9. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese mixture on the top.
  10. Bake it for 25-30 minutes on 350 degree.
  11. Sprinkle top evenly with fresh chopped parsley and green chili.
Serve hot:-

Mango Pineapple Cake in Apple Sauce

Ingredients;-
  • Whole wheat pastry flour 1 cup.
  • Oat flour 1 cup.
  • Whole grain oats 2/4 cup.
  • Oat bran 4 table spoon.
  •  Wheat germ 4 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  • Wheat bran 4 table spoon.
  • Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Grape seed oil 4 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 2/4 cup.
  • Apple sauce 2/4 cup.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Raw honey 6 table spoon.
  • Pine apple slices 1 cup.
  • Frozen mango in cubes 2 cup.
  • Carob chips 2 cup.
How to cook:-

  1. Mix the apple sauce,yogurt,raw honey,grape seed oil,eggs,vanilla,mango and pine apple slices.
  2. In the other bowl mix the oat flour and the whole wheat pastry flour.
  3. Combine the flours with the oats,wheat bran,oat bran,wheat germ,cinnamon,baking powder,baking soda.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients together with the dry ingredients and then stir in the carob chips.
  5. Grease the oven try and fill the batter.
  6. Heat the oven at 400 degree and bake for 20-25  minutes.

Almond Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:-

  • Refined flour  3 cup.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 3 cup.
  • Egg 3.
  • Crushed almond 1 cup.
  • Peanut 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 2 table spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Preheat oven on 350 degree.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk together  refined flour,  baking powder and salt.
  3. In other bowl beat sugars and butter together with a hand mixture for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat well each.
  5. Add almond, butter,peanut and vanilla and beat until it smooth
  6. Add refined mixture and beat until combined.
  7. Using a table spoon ,portion out dough and roll in to balls"place 2"apart on parchment paper lined  baking sheets.
  8. Using a fork,press tines over balls in across hatch pattern to flatten.
  9. Bake rotating baking sheets halfway through coking about 15 minutes.

Blueberry and Banana Pie Filling Cream Cake

 It is full of fruits and have fully vitamins.When children went to school it is  good for their breakfast.It is for 6 serving.It makes in 3 hours.



Ingredients;-

  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Vegetable oil 3/4 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup   1/4 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 3/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Banana pie filling small can (for the filling).
  • Blueberry pie filling small can.
For topping;-
  • Cream cheese 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Sour cream 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tea spoon.

  • How to make;-
    1. Preheat the oven 350 degree.
    2. Spray the pan with baking spray.
    3. Take a large bowl and mix all the cake ingredients.
    4. Beat well until well combined,no over beat.
    5. Pour the cake mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
    6. When lightly pressed on top and a toothpick inserted in in the center might be a little moist.
    7. While the cake is baking make the cheese topping Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
    8. Add sugar and beat again.
    9. Add egg,sour cream and lemon juice and beat well.
    10. Set a side until cake is ready.
    11. When the cake is ready,remove it from the oven.
    12. Add the blueberry filling and banana pie filling even it out as much as possible.
    13. Dollop on the cheese topping and smooth the top.
    14. Return the cake to the oven and bake at 350 degree until the cheese mixture just set.
    15. Let the cake in its pan,cool the cake on a rack,then refrigerate.

Buna Huwa Keema

This tasty dish will be ready in 40 minutes and is for 8 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Minced 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Whole garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Hang 1 pinch.
  • Chopped tomato 4.
  • Sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and heat the oil and fry whole garam masala for 1 minute.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 1 minute,then add butter and green chili and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper powder,mustard powder,salt,zeera,coriander powder,hang and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add minced and milk and mix well.
  6. Add tomato paste,lemon juice, sugar and cook for 10 minutes until it dry.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and cook until its water dry and leave the oil.
  8. Transfer it in serving bowl and garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves,butter and green chilies.
Serve hot with nan:-

Mango Almond Ice Cream with Chocolate Chip

 It is a healthy and tasty recipe.Every body like the mangoes specially  children like chocolate.
Almond makes this ice cream so tasty and wonder full.It is for 2 serving and ready in 30 minutes but take time for freezer.

 Ingredients;-

  • Mangoes 2 (cut chunks and freeze).
  • Almond 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/3 cup.
  • Dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped almond and chocolate for garnish.
How to make;-
  1. Place the mangoes, almond and butter in to blender container.
  2. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high.
  3. Once every thing is slightly combined,stop the machine.
  4. Add the chocolate chips.
  5. Turn on machine and again quickly increase speed to high for 20-30 seconds.
  6. Scoop in to bowls,top with chopped almonds and chocolate.
  7. freeze mixture to get a harder ice cream.

  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup.
  • Coconut palm sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Squeezed lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Preserves strawberries 1/4 cup.
  • Whole strawberries 1 cup.
  • Whole almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Dates 4.

How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat with mixer cream cheese,sugar,lemon juice and yogurt until smooth.
  2. In other bowl combine preserves strawberries and strawberries.
  3. Make crumbs of almonds and dates.
  4. Add 1/2 cheesecake and yogurt batter to serving bowl,spoon 1/2 strawberry mixture,the again cheese cake and again strawberry mixture.
  5. On the top layer the almond and dates crumb.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.

 Ingredients:-
  • Mushrooms 2 cup.
  • Spinach 4 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Onion sliced 1 cup.
  • Garlic cloves 2.
  • Marinara sauce 1 cup.
  • Fresh grated parmesan 1/4 cup.
  • Cheese 1 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Dried oregano 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon .
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oregano leaves some.
How to make:-
  1. Set the mushrooms on the baking sheet.
  2. Mix olive oil,soy sauce,vinegar and drizzle over the mushrooms.
  3. Put 1 table spoon olive oil in a fry pan and fry garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add crushed spinach and salt and cook for 5 minutes,set aside.
  5. Place 1/4 of the spinach mixture over the each mushrooms.
  6. Layer the onion,marinara sauce,parmesan,salt,peppers and oregano.
  7. Fry the egg and set on the top.
  8. Bake it for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
  9. Garnish with oregano leaves.
Serve with green salad:-

Almond Butter Chocolate Cake






Possible health benefits of chocolate. Over the years, chocolate has received a lot of bad press because of its fat content; its consumption has been associated with acne, obesity, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, and diabetes.This cake will be ready in 90 minutes.
 
Ingredients:-
  • Milk 1 litter.
  • Sugar 2/3 cup.
  • Salt 1 pinch.
  • Almonds 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon zest of 1 .\
  • Eggs 4.
  • Chopped chocolate 1 cup.
  • Almonds sliced 1/2 cup.
  • Semolina 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and boil the milk with lemon zest,stirring frequently to the pan.
  2. Reduce the heat and stir semolina and cook for 6 minutes,whisking frequently.
  3. Stir in almond,egg white and sugar while whisking and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in butter cubes.
  5. Leave it for cool.
  6. Take a spring form pan and lined it with parchment and put half of the butter in it. 
  7. Pour white chocolate over the batter.
  8. Add remaining of the batter with spoon.
  9. Top cake evenly with almond sliced.
  10. Bake for 60 minutes on 350 degree.
  11. Leave the cake for cool,then unmold.

Creamy Pasta Chicken

This dish is different in taste and will be ready in 40 minutes. It is for 6 serving.

Ingredients:-

  • Boiled pasta 1 packet.
  • Thin sliced chicken cutlet 4.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 3 table spoon.
  • Refined flour 1/4 cup.
  • Sour cream 1/4 cup.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Dijon mustrad 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped fresh sage 3 table spoon.
  • Shallot 1 large finely chopped.
How to cook:-
  1. Sprinkle the 1/2 tea spoon salt and garlic powder on the chicken.
  2. Pour flour in a bowl and roll the chicken in it.
  3. Heat the 2 table spoon olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken each side until it brown.
  4. Transfer in a plat.
  5. Add the 1 table spoon in skillet and cook shallot,stirring until it brown.
  6. Mix 2 table spoon flour in the water and add in skillet and stir for 1 minute until it thick.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Stir in 1/2 tea spoon salt,black pepper,2 table spoon sage,sour cream and mustrad.
  9. Add the chicken and turn to coat with sauce.
  10. Take the serving dish and top the pasta with half the sauce,then chicken ,then the remaining sauce.
  11. Garnish with more sage.

Banana Chocolate Slices

These slices are so tasty and will be ready in 2 hour.


Ingredients:-

  • All purpose flour 1 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/4 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 1tea spoon.
  • Bittersweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup.
  • Mashed banana 2 cup.
For topping:-
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Ground almonds 1/2 cup-2 table spoon.
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. For texture take a bowl and beat the sugar and butter well.
  2. Add ground almonds,vanilla extract and flour and mix.
  3. Store in the freezer.
For batter:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat butter and sugar well.
  2. Add eggs one by one and beat .
  3. Add mashed banana and beat until distributed.
  4. Take another bowl mix flour,baking powder and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients into butter and sugar mixture and mix.
  6. Line the oven try with parchment paper and grease with butter and spread the batter.
  7. Cover with chocolate chips.
  8. Top with streusel.
  9. Bake it for 40-45 minutes on 325 degree.
  10. Leave it for cool for 1 hour.

Creamy Ice Coffee

Ingredients:-
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Heavy cream 4 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Maple syrup 1/2 cup.
  •  Instant coffee 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Mix all the ingredients well until dissolved every thing.
  2. Chill well before churning.
  3. Churn well according to the instructions.
  4. Transfer in the freezer container and freeze.

Honey Vanilla Custard with almonds

Ingredients:-
  • Large vanilla bean 1.
  • Coconut milk 1 liter.
  • Great lakes gelatine 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 4.
  • Honey 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped almonds 1/2 cup.
  •  Chopped pistachious 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Cut vanilla bean into 4 pieces.
  2. Take a bowl and beat until finely chopped.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Pour it into a dish.
  5. Sprinkle over the almonds and pistachious.
  6. Cover and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Before serve blend for 1 minute.

Blueberry Cream Mousseline

. The blueberry's fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and phytonutrient content, coupled with its lack of cholesterol, all support heart health. The fiber in blueberries helps lower the total amount of cholesterol in the blood and decrease the risk of heart disease .This cream will be ready in 30 minutes but take time for cool.


Ingredients:-
  • Blueberries 2 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Egg yolk 3.
  • Sugar 2/3 cup.
  • Cornstarch 1/2 cup.
  • Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Make the puree of the strawberries and bring a gentle simmer.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk together  the egg,egg yolk and sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the half of the fruit puree into the eggs mixture.
  4. Put this mixture in the saucepan and heat on medium heat.
  5. Whisk until become thick.
  6. Leave it for cool for 1 hour.
  7. Cut the butter into the cubes.
  8. Add the one third of the butter cubes,after 1 minutes add one third of the butter cubes,after 1 minute add the remaining butter cubes.
  9. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes.

Strawberry Vanilla Cream Cake

Ingredients:-

For cake:-
  • Butter1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 6 table spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Eggs whites 6.
  • Cake flour 2-1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cream of tarter 1 pinch.
How to make:-
  1. Take the 2 9 inch round cake pan and line with parchment.
  2. Take a bowl and beat the cream of tarter and  egg whites for 2 minutes until become soft.
  3. Beat in the 6 table spoon of sugar for 2 minutes.
  4. Set the aside.
  5. Beat the butter and remaining sugar for 5 minutes.
  6. Whisk the vanilla extract and milk.
  7. Sift in flour,salt and baking powder.
  8. Whisk in 1/4 of the egg whites.
  9. Pour into the lined pans and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
For strawberry filling:-
  • Strawberries 2 cup.
  • Corn starch 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1/4 cup. 
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and cook the strawberries on medium heat.
  2. When they become soft blend with the blender.
  3. Whisk in the sugar and  cornstarch until smooth.
  4. Return to heat and cook until thick.
For butter cream:-
  • Milk cup 1/2.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar powder 4 cups.
  • Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Beat the milk,vanilla and sugar powder.
  2. Cut the cold butter into cubes and add one half of the butter and beat for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add remaining butter and beat for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover the cake with strawberries filling and decorate with butter cream to make some flowers and small balls.

  • Granulate sugar 1/2 cup.

  • Vanilla extract 2 table spoon. 
  • Salt 1 tea spoon. 
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon. 
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon. 
  • Chocolate chip 2 cup. 
  • Mango chunks 1-1/2 cup.

How to make:-
  1. Mix the cream butter,sugar,and brown sugar and beat it for 3 minutes u til it light.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat for 2 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl and mix flour,salt,baking soda and baking powder well.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Add chocolate chips and stir until well distributed.
  6. Gently fold in the mango chunks.
  7. Grease the baking cookies scoop and full with the mixture.
  8. Pre heat the oven on 180 degree and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from heat and leave for 2 minutes on the cookies sheet.

These rice so famous in Pakistan. These will be ready in 30 minutes  and can eat 10 person.Almonds,pistachios  and coconut make this dish so prety.

Ingredients :-

. Basmati  rice 3 cup.
. Milk 1 kg.
. Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
. Crushed almonds 1 cup.
. Pistachios  1/2 cup.
. Crushed coconut 1/4 cup.
. Small cardamom 6.

How to cook:-

1. Wash and soak rice for 15-20 minutes.
2. Biol the rice in water with cardamom until tandar.
3. Drain them and put dum for 3 minutes.
4. Pour in a serving bowl and add half milk and sprinkle over the almonds,pistachios, coconut and 1 cup sugar.

Serve with separate  milk and sugar:-

It is very healthy for children and adults.It is so easy to make and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients :-

. Dates 1 kg.
. Milk 2 kg.
. Sugar 1 1/2 cup.
. Ghee 1 cup.
. Dal chana 1 1/2 cup.
. Crushed almond  1/2 cup.
. Crushed ciconut 2 table spoon.
. Small cardamoms 6.

How to cook:-

1. Wash the dates and soak in water for 3 hours.
2. Boil the milk and add the dal chana.
3. Cook until dal  tandar.
4. When dal tandar dry the milk.
5. Grand the dal on sil.
6. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry cardamom fir 30 seconds.
7. Add dal and dates mixture and cook until dry.
8. Add sugar and stir until it dry and leave ghee.
9. Pour in a serving bowl  and garnish with almonds and coconut.

Tasty halwa is ready.serve and enjoy:

Dasi Cchicken Butter Karahi

This is so tasty and nice to eat.I like cook it in butter or dasi ghee.This is for 8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

. Chopped onion 4.

. Yogurt  1 cup.
. Salt 2 tea spoons.
. Red pepper  powder  2 tea spoons.
. Mustard  powder  1/2 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 2 tea spoon.
. Black pepper  powder  1 tea spoon.
. Coriander  powder  1 table spoon.
. Chopped coriander  leaves for garnish.

How to cook:-

1. Cook chicken with garlic paste,ginger paste,salt for 10 minutes.
2. Add onion and tomato and cook on medium heat until chicken tandar.
3. If need add some water.
4. Heat ghee in a big skillet and fry chicken for 5 minutes.
5. Add red pepper,mustard powder and stir for 3 minutes.
6. Beat the yogurt and add in the skillet and cook 5 minutes.
7. Add butter and cook for 3 minutes.
8. Stir in garam masala , coriander powder,  black pepper  powder, grated ginger and green chili and put on dum for 1 minute.
9. Pour in a serving  bowl  and garnish with coriander  leaves.

Andoon ki Pudding

This will be ready in  40 minutes.

Ingredients :-

. Egg 6.
. Sugar 1 1/2 cup.
. Milk 1 kg.
. Banana slices of 2.
. Apple slices of 1.

How to cook:-

1. Beat the egg whites in a bowl.
2. Beat the egg yolk in another bowl.
3. Add the egg yolk in egg whites and beat fir 1 minute.
4. Add sugar and beat until sugar disolved.
5. Add milk snd beat well.
6. Pour the mixture in airtight  bowl.
7. Place the bowl in a big pan and add water at the half of the bowl and cook on medium to low heat for 35-40 minutes.
8. If no ready cook more.
9. After ready turn it on a serving dish and decorate with banana ana apple slices.


Serve cool:-

Chana ki Dal ka Halwa

This sweet halwa will be ready in 40 minutes  and is for 8 serving.

Ingredients :-

. Dal chana 1/2 kg.
. Milk 1 kg.
. Sugar 1/2 kg.
. Khoya 2 cup.
. Small cardamom 8.
. Ghee 2 cup.
. Grated almonds 1cup.
. Pistachios  1/2 cup.
. Crushed Coconut 2 table spoon.

How to make:-

1. Soak the dal for 1 hour.
2. Drain its water and cook in milk until milk dry.
3. Grand tha dal on sil.
4. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry cardamom for 30 seconds.
5. Add dal and fry until golden brown.
6. Add sugar and stir until its water dry.
7. Add coconut,khoya and cook until it leave ghee.
8. Add almonds and pistachios.
9. Piur in a serving bowl .

Serve hot or cool:-

Chicken Potato Cutlet with Chana Chat

This dish look pretty and different,it will be ready in 1 hour and is for 6 serving.

Ingredients;-
  • Boiled potato 4 cup.
  • Boiled and crushed  chicken  1 cup.
  • Boiled green peas 1 cup.
  • Boiled carrots 1.
  • Chopped green chili 2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs of 5-6 piece.
  • Cooking oil for fry.
  • Termeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Fresh mint and coriander leaves 1 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Mix potatoes,green peas,carrots,ginger paste red chili,garam masala,termeric powder,corn flour,coriander and black pepper powder  and salt.
  2. Add fresh mint and coriander leaves and kneed to make a smooth dough.
  3. Make any shape of cutlet of the potato mixture.
  4. Roll each cutlet piece in bread crumbs
  5. Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry cutlet each side golden brown.

  • Kabuli chana 2 cup.
  • Dal masoor 1/2 cup.
  • Meetha soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 1 cut in long slices.
  • Green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sonf 1 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Sock the chana for 3-4 hours.
  2. Take a pan and boil 6 glass of water.
  3. Stain the water of chana and cook chana and dal masoor in boiled water .
  4. Add meetha soda.
  5. When chana tendar and look it like some grave,add red chili,salt,green chili,sugar and sonf .
  6. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Take a dish,place the chana chart and took cutlet on it.
  8. At the last garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Pineapple 1 tin.
  • Soy sauce 1 cup.
  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger 1 inch piece cut in long pieces.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • White pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Green chili 5 cut in long pieces.
  • Corn flour 3 table spoon.
  • Broth 2 cup.
  • Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup.
  • Oil 1 cup.
How to cook:
  1. Heat the oil in the pan and fry garlic for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add salt,chines salt,white and black pepper and broth and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add soy sauce,pineapple juice,ginger and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix cornflour in half glass of water and mix in mixture.
  6. Add pineapple and garnish with green chili and green onion and fresh coriander.
Serve with boiled rice:-

Pine Apple Fried Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 kg.
  • Sesame oil 2 table spoon.
  • Fish sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Pine apple 2 cup.
  • Chopped green onion 4.
  • Chopped green chili 8.
  • Capcicum 2.
  • Carrot 3.
  • Chicken cubes 2.
  • Pine apple juice 3 table spoon.
  • White pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper.
  • Chines salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Yellow color 1/2 tea spoon.
How to cook:

  1. Boil the half big pan of water.
  2. Add 2 tea spoon salt in water and boiled the rice and drain.
  3.  Heat the oil and fry garlic,then add fish sauce,pineapple,green chili,chines salt,white pepper,black pepper and pineapple juice.
  4. Add rice and vegetables and mix it.
  5. Mix yellow color in 2 table spoon of water and spray on the rice.
  6. Cook the rice on low heat for 6-8 minutes.
  7. Before serve mix green onion and garnish with pineapple.

Almond Coconut and Dal ka Khlwa

Almond is so useful  for our health.It give energy and help to loose waight.This khlwa will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients :-

. Almonds 150 gram.
. Ghee 750 gram.
. Dal chana 250 gram.
. Sugar  750 gram.
. Khoya 500 gram.
. Small  cardamom 6.
. Coconut 50 gram.

How to make :-

1. Soak the dal for 30 minutes.
2. Grand the dal on sill.
3.  Heat the ghee in a skillet and fry cardamom for few seconds.
4. Add dal and fry until it become light brown.
5. Add sugar and stir for 30 second.
6. Add khoya,crushed almonds,coconut and stir untill combined.
7. Pour in a serving bowl and serve hot.

Sweet Swaean

I make it on my parties specially  on Eid.My kids like this dish so much.It is cor 8-10 serving.It will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients :-

. Swean 2 small packet.
. Milk 2 kg.
. Sugar 2 cup.
. Milkpak balai 1 packet.
. Small cardamom 6.
. Crushed almond  1 cup.
. Crushed  pistachios  1/22 cup.
. Sogi 1/2 cup.
. Crushed walnuts 1/2 cup.


Hiw to cook:-

1. Broke the swean into pieces with  hands.
2. Boil the milk and low heat.
3. Add cardamom,sugar,swean and cook on low heat  until it thick.
4. Stir in balai and pour in a serving bowl.
5. Garnish with crushed  almonds,pistachios, walnut and sogi.

Serve cool or hot:-

Fried Potato in Mustard Oil

So easy to make and tasty.This will make in 30 minutes and is for 6 serving.

Ingredients :-

. Potato  1 kg.
. Ginger  paste 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Chopped  onion  2.
. Chopped  green chili 1 tea spoon.
. Mustard oil 2 cup.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper  powder 1 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder  1/4 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoin.
. Coriander powder  1 tea spoon.
. Fried zeera 1 tea spoon.
. Chopped coriander  leaves for garnish.

How to cook:-

1. Cut potatoes into small cubes.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry onion  for 3 minutes  or until light brown.
3. Add ginger paste and green chili and fry for 1 minute.
4. Wash the potato and drain them well and add in the skillet .
5. Stir in salt and cook for 3 minutes  on medium to low heat.
6. Add red pepper,mustard powder,zeera,coriander powder  and cook on low heat until potato tender.
7. Pour in a serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam masala.
8. Garnish  with  coriander  leaves.

Serve with mint yogurt and nan:-

Chicken Ginger

This recipe is spicy and tasty.This dish will be ready in 40 minutes and it is for 6 serving.

Ingredients;-

. Chicken 2 kg.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Yogurt 1/2 kg.
. Oil 1cup.
. Chopped green chili 1 cup.
. Grated ginger 3 cup.
. Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.

How to cook:-

1. Beat the yogurt.
2. Take a big pan and cook chicken with yogurt,salt,oil, red pepper for 25 minutes on medium to low heat.
3. Stir after every 5 minutes.
4. Add green chili and ginger and cook for 5 minutes.
5. If its water no dry,bring heat high and dry its water.
6. Pour in a serving dish and sprinkle over the coriander leaves.

Serve with nan and mint yogurt;-
