Banana Bread

 A banana is an edible fruit, botanically a berry, produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called plantains,

Ingredients;-

  • Mashed ripe bananas 6.
  • Bread 12-14 slice.
  • Fat free milk 1/2 cup.
  • Butter softened 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Fat free sour cream 1/2 cup.
  • Egg whites 3.
  • All- purpose flour 4 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cooking spray 1 cup.
  • Chocolate finely chopped.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  2. Combine sugar and butter in a bowl.
  3. Beat with a mixer at medium speed un till well blended.
  4. Add banana,milk,sour cream and egg whites.
  5. Lightly spoon flour in to dry measuring cups,level with knife.
  6. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  7. Stirring with a whisk.
  8. Add flour mixture with banana mixture.
  9. Beat just un till blended (do not over beat).
  10. Spoon batter in to a 45 inch metal loaf pan,coated with cooking spray.
  11. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour un till a wooden pick incerted in center comes out clean.
  12. Cool pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack.
  13. Remove from pan,cool on rack.
  14. Place half and half and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
  15. Microwave at high for 1 minutes .
  16. Stirring every 20 seconds.
  17. Cool slightly and drizzle over bread.
Serve and enjoy:-

  • Very ripe banana  4 (cut chunks and freeze).
  • Almond 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/3 cup.
  • Dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped almond and chocolate for garnish.
How to make;-
  1. Place the bananas almond and butter in to blender container.
  2. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high.
  3. Once every thing is slightly combined,stop the machine.
  4. Add the chocolate chips.
  5. Turn on machine and again quickly increase speed to high for 20-30 seconds.
  6. Scoop in to bowls,top with chopped almonds and chocolate.
  7. freeze mixture to get a harder ice cream.
Serve cold and enjoy:-

Beef Pasta Skillet

 Some varieties of whole grain pasta can provide up to 25% of daily fiber.It is best foundation for a healthy and delicious food.It use for diet food.


Ingredients;-

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg.
  • Water 3 cup.
  • Mostaccioli,un cooked.
  • Spaghetti sauce 1 cup.
  • Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese,1 and 1/2 cup.
  • Kraft grated parmesan cheese 1/3 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Brown meat large skillet.
  2. Drain stir in water.
  3. Bring to boil;reduce heat to medium-low.
  4. Stir in pasta and cover it.
  5. When pasta is tender add spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup or mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Dry Beef Chili

Ingredients;-

  • Beef under cut 1 kg   cut into large pieces.
  • Green chili 20     cut in lenght wise.
  • Crushed garlic 2 tea spoon.
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Crushed white pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 2 tea spoon.
  • White flour 2 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 tea spoon.
  • Soya sauce 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seed oil few drops.
  • Oil 1 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Cut meat into thin slice.
  2. Marinate the meat in a mixture of all ingredients except oil and green chillies.
  3. Leave it for 2 hour.
  4. Just before serving heat oil in a wok till very heat and stir fry the meat.
  5. In a other pan stir fry the green chillies and add to meat.
  6. Sprinkle the sesame oil on top and serve hot.

Chocolata Mango Cherry Smoothie

 It is full of protien and best for 16-20 years old children.

Ingredients;-

  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 cup.
  • Unsweetened coco powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Pitted frozen cherries 1 cup.
  • Frozen mango slices 2 cup.
  • Almond extract 1/4 cup.
  • Honey 2 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend un till smooth.
  2. Add some ice.
Serve immediately and do not drink fast;-

Banana blueberry Cake Pie

 It is full of fruits and have fully vitamins.When children went to school it is  good for their breakfast.It is for 6 serving.It makes in 3 hours.



Ingredients;-

  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Vegetable oil 3/4 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup   1/4 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 3/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Banana pie filling small can (for the filling).
For topping;-
  • Cream cheese 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Sour cream 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tea spoon.

  • How to make;-
    1. Preheat the oven 350 degree.
    2. Spray the pan with baking spray.
    3. Take a large bowl and mix all the cake ingredients.
    4. Beat well until well combined,no over beat.
    5. Pour the cake mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
    6. When lightly pressed on top and a toothpick inserted in in the center might be a little moist.
    7. While the cake is baking make the cheese topping Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
    8. Add sugar and beat again.
    9. Add egg,sour cream and lemon juice and beat well.
    10. Set a side until cake is ready.
    11. When the cake is ready,remove it from the oven.
    12. Add the blueberry filling even it out as much as possible.
    13. Dollop on the cheese topping and smooth the top.
    14. Return the cake to the oven and bake at 350 degree until the cheese mixture just set.
    15. Let the cake in its pan,cool the cake on a rack,then refrigerate.

Chocolate Mango Almond Ice Cream

 It is a healthy and tasty recipe.Every body like the mangoes specially  children like chocolate.
Almond makes this ice cream so tasty and wonder full.It is for 2 serving and ready in 30 minutes but take time for freezer.

 Ingredients;-

  • Mangoes 2 (cut chunks and freeze).

How to make;-

Spicy Burger

Ingredients;-

Boiled and shredded mince 1/2 kg.
Margarine 1 cup.
Bun 4.
Ketchup 1 cup.
Bread crumb 1 cup.
Onion 2 table spoon.
Carrot 1.
Cabbage 2 cup.
Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
White pepper 1 tea spoon.
Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
Egg 2.
Oil for fry.

How to make;-
  1. Take a bowl ,mix mince,salt,black and white pepper,egg and chopped onion.
  2. Mix well and shape cutlet and fry it in deep oil.
  3. Take a sliced bun and spread some margarine on both the bun .
  4. Add a lettuce leaf,some sliced of carrots and finally a burger cutlet.
  5. Covered with the other bun slice.
Serve with ketchup;-

Ingredients:-
  • Mince 1 kg.
  • Egg4.
  • Boiled egg 4.
  • Pomegranate seed 2 table spoon.
  • Tomato sliced 4.
  • Bread crumbs 4 slices.
  • Coriander seed 3 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped onion 5.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves.
  • Wheat flour 4 table spoon.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix the mince ,mince,red pepper,black pepper,salt,coriander seed,butter,pomegranate seed,wheat flour,chopped onion,chopped coriander leaves,chopped green chilies,garam masala well and leave for 2 hours.
  2. Shape into round kababs.
  3. Press 1 slice of tomato on the center of  each kabab and press it with hand.
  4. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the kababs golden brown.

Dhaba Ka Keema

Ingredients:-
  • Minced 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Whole garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Hang 1 pinch.
  • Chopped tomato 4.
  • Sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and heat the oil and fry whole garam masala for 1 minute.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 1 minute,then add butter and green chili and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper powder,mustard powder,salt,zeera,coriander powder,hang and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add minced and milk and mix well.
  6. Add tomato paste,lemon juice, sugar and cook for 10 minutes until it dry.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and cook until its water dry and leave the oil.
  8. Transfer it in serving bowl and garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves,butter and green chilies.
Serve hot with nan:-

Chana Chat

  Ingredients:-
  • Boiled chana 2 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • White zeera 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chat masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Imbli ka goodha 1 tea spoon.
  • Curry leaves 2.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Tomato 1 in slices.
  • Green chili 5.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup.
  • Papri for garnish.
How to make:-
  1. Heat the oil in the pan.
  2. Add curry leaves,then red pepper powder,white zeera,salt and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add boiled chana,chopped onion,tomato slices,green chili,imbli ka goodha,fresh coriander leaves.
  4. Transfer it in serving dish.

Chines Hot Chicken

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Chicken broth 1 cup.
  • Onion 1.
  • Shredded ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Rice wine 1 table spoon.
  • Hot peppers 2.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cornflour 1 table spoon.
  •  Anise pepper 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger,rice wine,soy sauce,and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut onion and hot peppers into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Mix chicken broth,vinegar,sugar,salt,anise pepper powder.
  4. Take a work and heat the oil.
  5. Add onion and fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add chicken pieces with marinate and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add chicken broth mixture and mix well.
  8. Cook on low heat until chicken tender.
  9. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the chicken.
  10. Stir i  for 30 second and remove from the heat.

Creamy Hunter Beef

Ingredients;-

  • Beef 2 k.g (whole piece of undercut)
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup.
  • White vinegar 1 cup.
  • Garlic cloves 1o.
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 3 table spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1 table spoon.
How to make;-
  1. With a small knife make small cut on meat.
  2. Put a garlic cloves in each cut.
  3. Mix lemon juice,vinegar,black pepper,salt,brown sugar and apply this mixture on the meat.
  4. Cover with plastic sheet and leave for 12 hours.
  5. Steam it in steamer for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Pre heat the oven,apply butter and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with any sauce;-

Pashawri Chapli Kabab

Ingredients:-
  • Minced 1 kg.
  • Fat 1 cup.
  • Chopped pomegranate 1.
  • Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup.
  • Eggs 6.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 1 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato 3.
  • Oil 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix chopped onion,eggs,corn flour.
  2. Add minced,fat,red pepper powder,salt,coriander powder,chopped pomegranate,pomegranate seeds,chopped green chili,garlic paste and mix well.
  3. Make balls with hand and press them with hand.
  4. Cut the tomato in round pieces and put one slice on every kabab and press.
  5. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry the kababs golden brown.

Ingredients:-

  • Refined flour  3 cup.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 3 cup.
  • Egg 3.
  • Crushed almond 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 2 table spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Pre heat oven on 350 degree.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk together  refined flour,  baking powder and salt.
  3. In other bowl beat sugars and butter together with a hand mixture for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat well each.
  5. Add almond, butter and vanilla and beat un till it smooth
  6. Add refined mixture and beat un till combined.
  7. Using a table spoon ,portion out dough and roll in to balls"place 2"apart on parchment paper lined  baking sheets.
  8. Using a fork,press tines over balls in across hatch pattern to flatten.
  9. Bake rotating baking sheets halfway through coking about 15 minutes.

Fruit Salad

Ingredients;-


  • Cream 1 cup.
  • Banana 4 cut in slices.
  • Apple 2 cut in slices.
  • Grapes 2 cup.
  • Guava 2 cut in slices.
  • Mango 1 cut in slices.
  • Pine apple 1 tin.
  • Almond 1 cup.
  • Sugar 2 table spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.

Roasted Lamb

Ingredients;-
  • Lamb leg 2 kg.
  • Crushed garlic 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh rosemary half the leaves removed and remain crushed.
  • Lemon juice 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Germ masala 2 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Coriander seeds 2 tea spoon. 

How to cook;-

  1. Preheat the oven at 40 degree.
  2. Rub the lamb all over with the lemon juice and vinegar.
  3. Put it for 1/2 hour.
  4. Pat the garlic paste and rosemary,olive oil,salt,black and red pepper,germ masala,coriander seed of the meat.
  5. Put it for 1/2 hour.
  6. Place the lamb in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.
  7. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degree and cook for 1 hour .
  8. Remove the lamb from pan and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Serve with any sauce which you like;-

Almond Fruit Cake

Ingredients;-
  • Lemon vanilla extract few drops.
  • Butter 3/4 cup.
  • Refined flour 1 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Crushed almond 1 table spoon.
  • Milk 2 tea spoon.
  • Yellow food color 1/8 tea spoon.
How to cook;-        

  1. Beat sugar and butter well.
  2. Add one by one egg and beat each for 5 minutes.
  3. Add refined flour,salt,baking powder,almond,milk and yellow food color in it.
  4. Stir it in baking bowl.
  5. Bake it in oven at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes.
Your cake is ready;

Chicken Cheese Bread

Ingredients:-
  • Bread 10-12 piece.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet.
  • Shredded chicken 3 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.


HOW TO COOK;-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry chopped onion for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add shredded chicken,salt,chines salt,black pepper,green chili in it and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Take a bread piece on a board.
  4. Paste 1 table spoon on it.
  5. Cover with cheese.
  6. Make all pieces same.
  7. Bake it in oven at low degree for 2-3 minutes.

Club Sandwich

Ingredients:-
  • Bread slices 6.
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup.
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Refined flour 3 table spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Olive oil 3 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a fry pan and heat the oil.
  2. Fry refined flour for 2 minutes.
  3. Add milk,chicken,salt and black pepper and fry it for 2 minutes or until it thick.
  4. Remove from the heat,
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the 3 bread slices,then layer the chicken mixture.
  6. Cover them other 3 slices and press wit hand slowly.
Serve with katchup tea or drink:-

Mango and Pine Apple Muffins

INGREDIENTS:
  • Whole wheat pastry flour 1 cup.
  • Oat flour 1 cup.
  • Whole grain oats 2/4 cup.
  • Oat bran 4 table spoon.
  •  Wheat germ 4 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  • Wheat bran 4 table spoon.
  • Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Grape seed oil 4 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 2/4 cup.
  • Apple sauce 2/4 cup.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Raw honey 6 table spoon.
  • Pine apple slices 1 cup.
  • Frozen mango in cubes 2 cup.
  • Carob chips 2 cup.
HOW TO COOK!

  1. Mix the apple sauce,yogurt,raw honey,grape seed oil,eggs,vanilla,mango and pine apple slices
  2. In the other bowl mix the oat flour and the whole wheat pastry flour.
  3. Combine the flours with the oats,wheat bran,oat bran,wheat germ,cinnamon,baking powder,baking soda.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients together with the dry ingredients and then stir in the carob chips.
  5. Fill the mixture in muffin tin.
  6. Heat the oven at 400 degree and bake for 20 minutes.

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:-

  •  1 cup Hershey's cocoa.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Milk 1 cup.
  • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract.
  • Boiling water 1 cup.
  • Margarine 1/2 cup.
  • Hershey's cocoa. 
  • Sugar powder 3 cup
  • Milk 1/3 cup.
  • Additional milk 1 tea spoon.

How to make:-

  1. Mix sugar,flour,cocoa,baking powder,baking soda salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs,milk,oil and vanilla,beat on mixer 2 minutes.
  3. Add boiling water pour butter in it.
  4. Heat oven to 350 f, 
  5. Grease the baking pan.
  6. Spread it on the cake . 
  7. Stir the mixture in the pan and baked for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Cool 10 minutes ,remove from the pan to wire rack,cool completely.
  9. Melt margarine,stir in cocoa,add sugar powder and milk .
  10. Beat it well,add additional milk and vanilla extract .
  11. Spread it on the cake.

Vanilla Cup Cake

INGREDIENTS;-
  • Refine flour 2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Butter 2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract.

HOW TO MAKE;-
  1. Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add the flour,baking powder and salt in the bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs, vanilla and add to the bowl.
  4. Beat all the mixture until combined.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 c.
  6. Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
  7. Put one spoon of mixture in each paper cases.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes .
  9. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes .
  10. Transfer to a rack to cook completely.
  11. You can add a filling to the cupcake by cutting a cone from the middle of each cake with knife..
  12. Fill the hole with jam,lemon,curd,cream and chocolate and pine apple,which you like.

Spicy Chicken With Cheese

INGREDIENTS;-


  • Oil 4 table spoon.
  • Lemon 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg  4 inches long.
  • Chili 4.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1 in long size.
  • Chopped green onion 4 in long size.
  • Salsa 1 cut in long 2 inches pieces.
  • Shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sweet red pepper 1/2.
  • Vinegar 2 tea spoon.
HOW TO COOK;-
  1. Cut chicken in 4-6 pieces long.
  2. Mix garlic paste,rosemary,vinegar,oil,salt,black pepper in the chicken and put in a shopper bag.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  4. Heat the oil in the pan and fry chicken for 5-6 minutes on one side.

Topping option;

  1. While the chicken cooks, fry peppers and onion for 3 minutes.
  2. Flip the chicken and top each piece with an equal amount of crushed tomato fry peppers and onion,cheese and parsley.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. When cheese is starting to melt ,it cooked.

SERVE IMMEDIATELY HOT;-

Nargisi Kofta

Ingredients:-

For Kofta:-
  • Lamb minced 1 kg.
  • Hard boiled eggs 6.
  • Chopped green chilies 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Oil for fry.
For Gravy:-
  •  Onions 4.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
  • Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Tumreric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mace and nutmeg powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 1 cup.
For Garnish:-
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves.
  • Green chilies.
  • Tomato 1.
How to cook:-
  1. For make the kofta mix all kofta ingredients except egg in the lamb minced.
  2. Divide it in 6 place.
  3. Covered the boiled eggs with the mixture well.
  4. Make smooth ovel shape.
  5. Dip in the  beaten egg and fry.
  6. Leave it for cool in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  7. Cut them into two pieces with sharp knife and set aside.
  8. For make gravy fry the onion in 1 cup oil.
  9. Remove the onion from the oil and set a side.
  10. Fry ginger paste for 2 minutes.
  11. Add red chili,salt,turmeric powder,mace and nutmeg,tomato paste,beaten yogurt and cook until it thick
  12. Grand the fried onion and add in the gravy.
  13. Put the kofta in the gravy and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  14. Garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves,green chilies and tomato slices.
Serve hot with nan or rice:-

Chicken Boti Kabab

Ingredients;-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon 3.
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Fried white cumin 1 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the chicken into 2 inch pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken with salt,red pepper,cumin,lemon juice,garlic and ginger paste,yogurt,garam masala,,chopped green chili and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Take seekh and put boti in it and fry.
Serve hot with nan and mint sauce:-

Chinese Fish Toast

Ingredients:-
  • Fish 1/2 kg.
  • Bread slices 6.
  • Refined flour 4 table spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 1.
  • Oil for fry.
How to cook:-
  1. Blend the fish,salt,chines salt,black pepper,onion,egg,flour in the blender well.
  2. Cut off bread crust and cut one slice into four squares.
  3. Spread fish paste on top of each bread square.
  4. Make all the slices same.
  5. Keep them in freezer for10 minutes.
  6. Take a fry pan and heat the  oil.
  7. Fry the bread slices until golden brown.
Serve with any sauce:-

Spicy Chicken Balls at Tea Time

INGREDIENTS;

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg in i/2 inch pieces.
  • Egg 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon 1 tea spoon.
  • Flour 2 table spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Baking powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 tea spoon.
  • Chili sauce 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Soya sauce 1 cup.
  • Red chili 1.2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs 3/4 cup.
  • Oil for deep fry. 
HOW TO COOK;-


  1. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients list above 'except bread crumbs'
  2. Roll each piece of chicken in bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
  4. Fry hot shots for 5-7 minutes.
SERVE WITH CHILI GARLIC SAUCE.

Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Corns beans 1 cup.
  • Chines salt 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Green chili 8.
  • Corn flour 4 table spoon.
  • Onion 1 .
  • Potato 3.
  • Cauliflower 1/8.
  • Egg 4.
  • Carrot 1.
How to make:-
  1. Take a big pan and cook the chicken with salt,chines salt,green chili,onion and 12 glass of water.
  2. When chicken tender,shed the chicken from the bones.
  3. In a pan boil corn well.
  4. Cut potato in small pieces and boil them.
  5. Stain the chicken soup in a big pan.
  6. Add shed chicken 'corn beans,chopped carrot,potato, black pepper and cauliflower in it.
  7. Cook it for 10 minutes at low heat.
  8. Now mix beaten egg.
  9. Mix corn flour in half glass of water and and add in the soup.

Paratha Roll

Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Yogurt 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
For making pratha:-
  • Refined flour 4 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 4 table spoon.
  • Mayonnaise 2 table spoon.
  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with yogurt,salt,red pepper,garam masala,baking powder,oil and leave it for 2 hours.
  2. Take a fry pan and cook the chicken until tender.
  3. Make prathas of the ready flour.
  4. Brush the mayonnaise on the prathas,then put over the chicken,then chili sauce and roll the prathas.

Beaf Haleem



Ingredients:-
  • Beef 1 kg.
  • Dal moong 1/8 kg.
  • Dal chana 1/2 kg.
  • Dal msoor 1/8 kg.
  • Dal mash 1/8 kg.
  • Grain 1/4 kg.
  • Oil 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 3 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 3 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1 teaspoon.
  • Coriander seeds 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 8.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-

  • Soak the pulses for 5-6 hours.
  • Soak grain separate
  • Take a big pan & heat 1/2 oil,add meat,chopped ginger,garlic paste and chopped onion.
  • Add salt,red pepper,mustard powder and coriander seed.
  • Fry for few minutes .
  • Add 12-15 glass of water.
  • Cover and cook it on low heat
  • When meat is tender,remove the bones.
  •  Boil all pulses for 3-4 hours.
  • In another pan boil grain.
  • Blend the mixture to a coarse paste with a wooden spoon.
  • Add cooked meat and boiled grain in the pulses.
  • In remaining oil fry onion and stir in it.

Brain Masala

INGREDIENTS:-


  • Lamb brain 4.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon. 
  • Green chili 2.
  • Fresh mint 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander  1 cup 
 HOW TO COOK-

  1. Wash the brain well.
  2. Take a pan and put 1 cup oil in it
  3. Add chopped onion and fry it till brown.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste and mix it for 1 minutes.
  5. Add tomato paste in it .
  6. After 1 minutes add salt'red pepper'  musted powder' 
  7. Cook it and put inside.
  8. Take a pan and put in 1 cup oil.
  9. Fry the brain in it for 4-5 minutes.
  10. Mix it in paste which you made before.
  11. Garnish with mint' coriander'green chili and garam masala.


IT IS READY TO SERVE!

Tasty Chicken Roll

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 EGG
  • Refined flour 2 cup
  • Water 2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon
  • chines salt 1/4 tea spoon
HOW TO MAKE

  1. Beats egg well.
  2. Add one cup of water and beat again.
  3. Mix refined flour in it.
  4. Mix salt and chines salt in it.
  5. Take nonstick fry pan.
  6. Grease it with oil.
  7. Take one table spoon of mixture and put in fry pan.
  8. Make a pan cake of it and cook it from two sides.
  9. Make all pan cakes with the mixture made.
