Ingredients:
- Chicken minced 1 kg.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
- Fresh mint 1 cup.
- Fresh coriander 2 cup.
- Chopped green chili.
- Bread 4 slices.
- Spianch chopped 1/2 cup.
- Egg 2.
- Cream 1/2 cup.
- Milk 1 cup.
How to cook:
- Dip the bread slices in the milk for 10-12 minutes.
- Press the slices with hands and crushed them with hands.
- Mix bread,spinach ,ginger,garlic,salt,red pepper,fresh mint and coriander,egg,green chili,garam masala and cream in the minced.
- Make oval or round shape kebab of all minced and bake or fry.
