Easy Rasmalai

Rasmalai is a lovable dessert that is famous equally in Pakistan and India. Good thing about Rasmali is that it is a delicious source of calcium as it is full of milk. Those women whose kids don’t like milk can give them in the form of rasmalai. This recipe is for 8-10 serving and make in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Powder milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • All purpose flour 1-1/2 table spoon leveled.
  • Egg2.
  • Baking powder1 table spoon.
  • Clarified butter2 table spoon.
For rabri:-
  • Fresh milk 1-1/2 kg.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • White cardamoms 4.
  • Pistachios 3 tea spoon (sliced)
 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl ans mix egg, baking powder, and butter all together and form into a dough.
  2. Rub it very well.
  3. Make 18 balls and slightly flatten it.

    For rabri:-

  1. Boil milk, sugar, white cardamoms and pistachios till it gets slightly thick.
  2. Then add your rasmalai to it.
  3. Cover and simmer on low flame for about 5 – 8 minutes or until they swell.
  4. Then remove, cool and transfer into a serving platter.
