Chicken Soup with Mushrooms



Many varieties of mushrooms contain good-for-your-bladder selenium and, like us, they produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. an excellent source of B vitamins.Mushrooms make the chicken soup tasty and healthy food.This recipe is for 2-3 serving and make in 30 minutes.

Ingredients;-
  • Chicken broth 8 cup.
  • Boneless chicken 1/4 kg.
  • Mushroom 2 table spoon.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup.
  •  Green onion 2 .
  • Potato 1 .
  • Carrot 1.
  • Fresh coriander 1 table spoon.
  • Boiled macaroni  1/2 cup.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
  • Corn flour 4 table spoon.
  • Water 1 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1 tea spoon.
  • Cream 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the potato,mushrooms,chicken,onion and carrot in the small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil and butter and fry the onion,chicken,potato and carrot for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the broth of the chicken, salt,white and black pepper,and sugar and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add sweet corn and boiled macaroni and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Mix corn flour in milk and water and add in broth,stir until it thick.
  6. Place it in serving bowl and add cream.
  7. Garnish with coriander.
Serve with red chili:-
