Chicken Pasta with Sauce

  Pasta is a perfect foundation for healthy, nutritious and satisfying meals: pasta is generally eaten with nutrient-dense food partners, such as fiber-filled vegetables and beans, heart healthy fish and monounsaturated oils, antioxidant-rich tomato sauce and protein-packed cheeses, poultry and lean meats.This recipe is for 4 serving and make in 30 minutes.


  • Boiled paste 2 cup.
  • Tomato 2.cut in slices.
  • Boneless chicken cubes 2 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Carrot 1 cut in small slices.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Oyster sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Crushed cheese 1 cup.
For sauce:-
  • Milk 1 cup.
  • oil 2 table spoon.
  • Refined flour 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
 How to make sauce:-
  1.  Boiled the milk and set a side.
  2.  Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the refined flour for 3 minutes.
  3. Add black pepper and salt and stir for 5 seconds.
  4. Remove from the heat and mix in the boiled milk.

How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil and fry garlic and ginger paste for 3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken cubes,salt,red pepper,soy sauce.oyster sauce and fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Add tomato and carrot slices and cook again for 10 minutes.
  4. Add cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the boiled pasta in a bowl ,then pour the chicken mixture.
  6. Mix in the sauce well.
Serve hot with ketchup;-
