Ingredients:-
- Boiled paste 2 cup.
- Tomato 2.cut in slices.
- Boneless chicken cubes 2 cup.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Carrot 1 cut in small slices.
- Chopped onion 1.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Oil 2 table spoon.
- Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
- Oyster sauce 1 table spoon.
- Crushed cheese 1 cup.
- Milk 1 cup.
- oil 2 table spoon.
- Refined flour 2 table spoon.
- Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
- Boiled the milk and set a side.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the refined flour for 3 minutes.
- Add black pepper and salt and stir for 5 seconds.
- Remove from the heat and mix in the boiled milk.
How to cook:-
- Heat the oil and fry garlic and ginger paste for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken cubes,salt,red pepper,soy sauce.oyster sauce and fry for 10 minutes.
- Add tomato and carrot slices and cook again for 10 minutes.
- Add cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour the boiled pasta in a bowl ,then pour the chicken mixture.
- Mix in the sauce well.
