- Chicken 6 leg piece.
- Ginger pasta 2 tea spoon.
- Garlic 1 tea spoon.
- Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
- Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Chili sauce 1 tea spoon.
- Sugar 1/4 tea spoon.
- Bread crumb of 4 pieces.
- Oil for fry.
How to cook:
- Mix ginger and garlic paste,soy sauce,salt,chines salt,black pepper,red chili,sugar in the chicken and leave for 1 hour.
Ingredients for paste:
- Egg 1.
- Refined flour 1 cup.
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Chines salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Water which leave the chicken.
- Bread crumbs of 4 pieces.
How to cook:
- Mix refined flour,egg,salt,red pepper,egg,chines salt in the chicken water.
- Dip the chicken in egg mixture,then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry them.
