Mutton Broth Rice

This is a good and nice recipe .This dish is for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-.

. Mutton 1 kg.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger paste 1table spoon.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Green chili 6.
. Oil 1 cup.
. Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 table spoon.

. WaTer 6 glass.
. Sugar 2 table spoon.
. Mix dry fruit 1/2 cup.
. Chopped carrot 1.
. sonf 1 tea spoon.
. Small cardamom 6.
. Big cardamom 3.
. Dar cheni 2 pices.
. Long 4.
. Rice 1 kg.

How to cook:-

1. Wash the mutton and cook with garlic, salt and water.
2. Add long , dar cheni, small and big cardamom,sonf  and cook mutton on low heat until mutton tander.
3. Meanwhile soak the rice.
4. When mutton tander remove it from the broth and stain the broth.
5. Heat oil in a big pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
6. Add ginger paste,garam masala , carrot and mutton and cook for 3 minutes.
7. Measure the broth with glass if it less then of 6 glass add water.
8. Add broth in the mutton and 1-1/2 tea spoon salt.
9. When it boil add rice,sugar,dry fruit,stir  and cook on high to medium heat until its water dry.
10. Low the heat and cook rice for 5 minutes on dum.

Serve hot with mint yogurt:-
