This is eid recipe and cook in every home.This is tasty and nice.This will be ready in 1 hour but take time for marinade.It is for 6-8 serving.
.Beef piece 1 kg.
. Vinegar 1/2 cup.
. Kachri powder 2 tea spoon.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Coriander powder 1table spoon.
. Ginger powder 1 table spoon.
. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 bunch.
. Chooped white chana 1 /2 cup.
. Oil 1/2 cup.
. Red food colour 1/2 tea spoon.
. crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
. Yogurt 1cup.
How to cook:-
1. Take cut in the beef with sharp knife.
2. Mix all ingredients in yogurt.
3. Marinade the beef with yogurt mixture and leave for 1 hour.
4. Place the beef in a baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes on 250 degree.
Serve hot with nan and mint yogurt:-
