Ingredients:-
- Mutton mince 1 kg.
- Potato 1/2 kg .
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Tomato paste 1 cup.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Chopped onion 2.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Butter 1/2 cup.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
- Mustard powder 1//4 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped coriander leaves w.
- Almond 1/2 cup.
- Pour mince in a big pan.
- Add salt,garlic and ginger paste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add onion and tomato and cook until its water dry.
- Add 1 glass water and cook until it tender.
- Dry its water and add oil.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add red pepper,mustard powder,coriander powder and cook for 3 minutes,then add 1//2 cup water.
- Cut the potato into cubes and add in the mince.
- Add 1 cup water and cook until potato tender.
- Dry its water until it leave oil.
- Add butter and garam masala .
- Pour in a serving bowl and top with coriander leaves and almond.
