Alloo Keema with Almond

It is famous in Pakistan.I love to eat keema.It is  for 6 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  • Mutton mince 1 kg.
  • Potato 1/2 kg .
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1//4 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped coriander leaves w.
  • Almond 1/2 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Pour mince in a big pan.
  2. Add salt,garlic and ginger paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add onion and tomato and cook until its water dry.
  4. Add 1 glass water and cook until it tender.
  5. Dry its water and add oil.
  6. Cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add  red pepper,mustard powder,coriander powder and cook for 3 minutes,then add 1//2 cup water.
  8. Cut the potato into cubes and add in the mince.
  9. Add 1 cup water and cook until potato tender.
  10. Dry its  water until it leave oil.
  11. Add butter and garam masala .
  12. Pour in a serving bowl and top with coriander leaves and almond.
 Serve with nan or paratha;-
