Makhni Daga Kebab

These kebab are so tasty and have a nice taste.These kebabs are for 8 serving and will be reaby in 30 minutes but take time for marinade.


. lamb mince 1 kg.
. Kachri powder 1 tea spoon.
. Fried onion 2.
. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Ghee 1/2 cup.
. Cornflour 2 table spoon.
. Egg 1.
. Coriander powder 2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.

How go cook:-

1. Chopp  the mince with half fried onion,garlic and ginger powder,salt,red pepper,garam masala, coriander powder,egg,kachri powder,ghee and place in  refrigerator for 2-3 hour.
2. Take 1 punch mince and skrew on seekhs in the shape of kebab.
3. Roll the thread over the kebabs and cook them on angheti golden fry each side.

Put in a sarving the thread and serve with any sauce:-
