- Potato 1 kg,
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Oil for deep fry.
- Cut the potato in lays shape.
- Sprinkle over the salt and leave for 10 minutes.
- Wash the potato and drain its water and leave for dry for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil and fry potato until crispy.
- Drain its oil and pour in a dish.
