Salted Lays Potato Chips

It is so tasty and crispy.It make in only 30 minutes.It is for 4 serving. Potatoes are a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fiber, and pantothenic acid.


  • Potato 1 kg,
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil for deep fry.
How to make:-

  1. Cut the potato in lays shape.
  2. Sprinkle over the salt and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Wash the potato and drain its water and leave for dry for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat the oil and fry potato until crispy. 
  5. Drain its oil and pour in a dish.
  6. Sprinkle over the chat masala if you like spicy.
