Beef Malai Kebab

These kebab are for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 1-1/2 hour.

Ingredients:-

  • Beef mince 1 kg.
  • Malai 1/2 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Kachri powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Refined flour 2 table spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make:-

Marinade the beef with malai,ginger and garlic paste,salt,red pepper,coriander powder and leaves,garam masala,green chili,kachri powder and leave for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a fry pan.
Take 2 table spoon mince and give it the long kebab shape .
Roll it in refined flour ,then dip in egg and fry golden brown each side.
Make all the kebab same.
