Keema ki Tikean

These are very popular on parties.I make them on eid mostly.These make easy and quickly.These will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Mince 1 kg.
. Fat 1/8 kg.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger powder 1 table spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
. Egg 1.
. Cornflour 2 table spoon.
. Oil for fry.

How to make:-

1. Chop all the ingredients expect oil.
2. Take 2 table spoon of batter and make the shape of tiki.
3. Make tikkean all of the mince and place on the try.
4. Heat oil on a big tawa and fry them golden brown each side.

Serve sith ketchup or any sauce:-
