This is a easy to cook and will be ready in 30 minutes.It is for 4 serving.
Ingredients:-
- Rice noodles 1 cup.
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
- Chicken broth 6 cup.
- Chopped fresh cilantro 1 cup.
- Red bell pepper 2.
- Onion 1.
- Garlic cloves 4.
- Vegetable oil 2 table spoon.
- Coconut milk 2 cup.
- Fish sauce 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
- Cut the chicken into cubes.
- Cut the onion into thinly slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken and cook for 1 minutes.
- Add salt,black pepper,coconut milk,fish sauce,chicken broth,rice noodles and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
- Add chopped cilantro and lime juice and cook for 30 seconds.
