Chicken Thai Soup

This is a easy to cook and will be ready in 30 minutes.It is for 4 serving.
 
Ingredients:-

  • Rice noodles 1 cup.
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chicken broth 6 cup.
  • Chopped fresh cilantro 1 cup.
  • Red bell pepper 2.
  • Onion 1.
  • Garlic cloves 4.
  • Vegetable oil 2 table spoon.
  • Coconut milk 2 cup.
  • Fish sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
 
How to cook:-
 
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Cut the onion into thinly slices.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the chicken and cook for 1 minutes.
  6. Add salt,black pepper,coconut milk,fish sauce,chicken broth,rice noodles and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
  7. Add chopped cilantro and lime juice  and cook for 30 seconds.
