Strawberry Peanut Butter Walnut Pancake

  strawberries, you should be. Not only are they juicy, summery and delicious, they're a bona fide superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C).This recipe is for 24 pancakes and will be ready in 45 minutes.

Ingredients:;-
  • Frozen strawberries 1 cup.
  • Peanut butter milk 4 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Butter 2 cup.
  •  Refined flour 2  cup.
  • Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup.
  • Maple syrup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the eggs one by one.
  2. Add peanut butter  milk and beat.
  3. Take a another large bowl and mix flour,baking soda and baking powder,salt and sugar.
  4. Add egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in 1 cup melted butter and leave it for 20 minutes.
  6. Heat 1/2 cup butter in a skillet .
  7. Pour 1 cup batter in the skillet per pancake.
  8. Immediately place 3-4 strawberries and 3-4 walnuts on the each pancake.
  9. Cook for 3 minutes,then turn other side and cook for 3 minutes or until lightly brown.
  10. Pour in a serving dish and top with butter and drizzle over the maple syrup.
 Serve and enjoy;-
