- Condensed milk 2 cup.
- Whipped cream 1-1/4 cup.
- Cardamom powder 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped pistachois 1/2 cup.
- Saffron 1/8 tee spoon.
- Grinded almond 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
- Take a large bowl and mix condensed milk,whipped cream,cardamom powder,almond well.
- Beat them for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped saffron and pistachois on it.
- Take the moulds to make kulfi and pour the mixture in them.
- Keep them in freezer for 10 hours or until it freeze well.
Badami kulfi is ready for serve:-
