- Chicken 1 kg.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Mustrad powder 1/4 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Dry sherry 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil,soya sauce,garlic and ginger paste,salt,red pepper,mustrad powder,garam masala,coriander powder,dry sherry and leave for 2-3 hour.
- Bake it in oven for 45 minutes on 375 degree.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.
