- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- Pita bread 4 piece .
- Chopped tomato 1.
- Cucumber 1 cut in slices.
- Carrot 1/2 cut in slices.
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Re pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Yellow food color 5 drops.
For shawarma sauce:-
- Garlic paste 1/4 tea spoon.
- Water 3 cup.
- Store-bought tahini 1 /2 cup.
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
How to make:-
- Marinate the chicken with garlic paste,lemon juice,salt,oil,pepper,food color and leave for 2 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinate and grill for 10 minute on each side on medium heat or until tender.
- Serve chicken on pita bread with tomato,cucumber,onion,carrot and shawarma sauce.
- For shawarma sauce grand the tahini and garlic in the blender.
- Add cold water,salt, lemon juice and mix until creamy.
