- Harissa 2 table spoon.
- Beef sirloin steaks 1/2 kg.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Olive oil 1 cup.
- Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
- Tomato 1/2 kg.
- Sweet paprika 1/2 table spoon.
- Flaked chili 1 table spoon.
- Lemon 2 cut into thinly sliced.
- Chopped parsley 1 cup.
How to make:-
- Marinate the beef with harissa paste,salt and black pepper and leave for 1 hour.
- Cook the peppers under a hot grill for 25 minutes.
- Turning twice.
- Place in a bowl and leave for cool.
- Peel them and cut into long,thin strips.

- Take a pan and fry the garlic paste for 1 minute on medium heat.
- Add the paprika tomatoes,chili,1/2 tea spoon salt,1/2 tea spoon black pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the pepper strips,lemon and parsley and cook for 5-7 minutes and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 190c/375c/gas mark.
- Place a ridged pan on a high heat and,when smoking hot,add the steaks and cook for i minute a side.
- Transfer to a baking tray and cook for 8 minutes.
- With sauce spooned on top and sprinkle with parsley.
