- Brown sugar 4/3 cup.
- Cornflour 1 table spoon.
- Boiling water 1-1/2 cup.
- Milk 1/2 cup.
- Butter 1/2 cup.
- Egg 1.
- Self raising flour 1-1/4 cup.
- Golden syrup 1/2 cup.
- Cream for serve.
How to make:-
- Take a bowl and mix together flour,1/4sugar,melted butter,egg,milk,2 table spoon of golden syrup well.
- Take a oven proof dish and spray with oil and pour all the mixture in it.
- Mix the remaining sugar and cornflour and sprinkle over the mixture.
- Combined the remaining golden syrup in the boiling water and pour over the top of the pudding.
- Bake it for 40-50 minutes on 180 degree.
- Transfer it on rack for cool.
- Place it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve it with cream or ice cream:-
