Ingredients:-
- King prawns 1 kg.
- Ground nut oil 1 cup.
- Onion 2 cut in sliced.
- Green chili 4 cut in sliced.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Tomatoes 10.
- Chopped green pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the onion for 5-6 minutes until it golden.
- Add the salt,chilies,garlic and ginger paste and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add the garam masala.
- Add the tomatoes and green pepper and stir well.
- Cooked for 15 minutes.
- Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes and stir in the coriander.
