Prawns Jalfrezy

Ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:-

  • King prawns 1 kg.
  • Ground nut oil 1 cup.
  • Onion 2 cut in sliced.
  • Green chili 4 cut in sliced.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomatoes 10.
  • Chopped green pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the onion for 5-6 minutes until it golden.
  2. Add the salt,chilies,garlic and ginger paste and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Add the garam masala.
  4. Add the tomatoes and green pepper and stir well.
  5. Cooked for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes and stir in the coriander.
