Achari Green Chili

Ingredients:-

  • Green chili 1/4 kg.
  • Sour powder 4 table spoon.
  • Water 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Kalonji 1 tea spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Rai 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Methi dana 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mastred powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 2 table spoon.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. For make the paste mix sour powder in the yogurt.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry zeera for 1 minute ,then add onion and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add salt,mastred powder,red pepper,mathi dana, and kalonji and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water and cook un till dry.
  5. With knife cut in the center of green chilies.
  6. Full the chilies with the mixture and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
