- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
- Chopped garlic 1/2 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 2 te spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Eg 2.
- Refined flour 1/2 cup.
For sauce:-
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 2 tea spoon spoon.
- Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
- Vinegar 1/2 cup.
- Sugar 1 table spoon.
- Corn flour 4 table spoon.
- Chicken broth 1 cup.
- Ketchup 1 cup.
- Chopped green chili 4.
How to cook:-
- Cut the chicken in cubes and marinate with salt,red pepper,egg and corn flour and deep fry them.
- Fry garlic paste in 2 table spoon oil,then add all ingredients of sauce and and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix the corn flour in some water and add in the mixture,stir while mixing.
- Add fry chicken and garnish with green chili and fry onion.
Serve with rice:-
