- Chicken mince 1 kg.
- Chat masala 2 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
- Chopped onion 2.
- Chopped mint 2 table spoon.
- Chopped coriander 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Oil for fry.
For stiffing:-
- Chopped cabbage 1 cup.
- Chopped carrot 1/2 cup.
- Chopped green chili 1/4 cup.
- Fresh coriander 1/4 cup.
- Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
- Mix chat masala,chopped onion,carrot,green chili,mint,coriander,salt in the mince.
- Mix stiffing ingredients .
- Take 2 table spoon mince in hand.
- Pour 1 tea spoon o stiffing and close it in the shape of kebab.
- Make the kebab of all the mince same.
- Fry in deep oil.
Serve with chutni and salad:-
